Roche Bobois - London - Wandsworth Opiniones 

We purchased the NEPHTIS dining table originally in 2015 and it broke width-wise right down the middle approx 1 year later. Although we were shocked, we assumed this was a bizarre one-off and paid Roche Bobois to have the tabletop replaced but several years later the tabletop broke again in exactly the same way. Now we are suspicious that the design is at fault. We had a structural engineer look at the design and he concluded that there are critical flaws in the design as well as materials used. Roche Bobois customer service on the other hand claims it is simply 'wear and tear' and they are completely unconcerned by it. So if you are buying the table just to look at, you should be okay. But if you expect it to hold dinner plates on a nightly basis, you'll need to assume the shelf life of this table to be 1-7 years max and at that point, it has clearly suffered wear and tear whereupon Roche Bobois would expect it to collapse, possibly catastrophically, but nonetheless, all to be expected of a Roche Bobois dining table.

Having visited several of their showrooms with varying degrees of assistance, Carl and Theo went above and beyond to make sure we got the right sofa in the correct configuration and more importantly, in the right colour. This is not our first time buying from RB but we will certainly make the Wandsworth store our go to destination when buying again.

Very helpful and proactive staff at the Wandsworth showroom. Following my enquiry about a piece I had seen in one of their brochures and not available to view in their showroom, they arranged to have one brought there within a week for me to view and to be able to take advantage of a January discount.

Unhappy with post-sales service. Still not received a delivery date. Went silent after closing sale. Very disappointed.

The team in the store led by the store manager Carl and supported by Federica is a helpful, polite and attentive team. I have bought items from this store a couple of times and I will definitely be going back there again.
