Great service. Venom 12t electric splitter was delivered exactly on schedule, and was well packaged on a pallet. The machine went straight to work in the timber shed splitting ash and beech to top up this winter’s supply. Wish I had bought one years ago

I have 3 machines from Rock Machinery, all built around the Briggs & Stratton engine platform of various sizes. Easy to start, easy to maintain. Their machines will do what they say they'll do. Good machines, easy delivery, great service.

We split 10-15 trees a year and the 22t splitter handles everything we need. Vertical option allows us to split large roundals making handling easier. Service and delivery was great. We have been using for 2 weeks and a few bolts have come loose. Will have to check regularly.

Took delivery 8/7/26. Build quality is OK. Had to adjust some cables. Had to reroute some cables, to stop them catching on anything. Mower deals with large nettles OK, but will not deal with long grass, it just gets pulled in and wound around the rotor. Emailed Rock with a few queries and got no reply. Not a very good experience.

I originally ordered the wrong spec splitter online but resolved by the company quickly and without issue. Great communication through the delivery process. Splitter delivered, ready to work. Really impressed with the company, product and the courier. Would strongly recommend.

Communication and prompt sales service are excellent with Rock machinery, however I feel that I was slightly mislead over their video demonstration techniques, the chipper is a well built good quality machine, but doesn't fully fill my requirements
