The machine is great. Was given a delivery date 4th April between 9 and 5. No delivery was made, I was not informed or updated. A wasted day. The delivery company contacted me the following day to say it was being delivered that morning. Arrived at 11.15am. I appreciate this may have been an issue between you and the courier but it’s my time that was wasted.

The machine in its own right is very good. Doesn’t quite arrive ready to use. It has no oil in the engine or the hydraulics. So needed to go and get that to be able to use it.
The delivery wasn’t on time took a day off and it didn’t turn up. phoned the office 3 times was told I’d have a call back shortly and no one bothered calling back. Eventually turned up.

Happy with the log splitter ,arrived on time . Add petrol and ready to use

Just bought a trenching machine from Rock machinery, brilliant piece of kit. From order to delivery went like clockwork. Well built piece of equipment, this is the second time I’ve purchased rock machinery equipment….i also have a 22ton log splitter, that too is a great machine. I will be buying more equipment as I need it. Highly recommended.

Used for a day, so far going well but have had several shear bolts go.

15t Splitter fantastic bit of kit. Owned for a few years now. Only comment would be its very heavy to pull around on your own in the wood so if you have to take it longish distances may be better to get a towed one. That said, superb quality.

I experienced a technical problem which was rectified very rapidly and satisfactorily, the member of staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this firm.
