Excellent service
Easy to order and blinds arrived very quickly - very impressive as just before Christmas. Colour exactly what I expected and easy to affix. Only slight reservation is over the winding mechanism which seems a bit flimsier than we were expecting.

The blind is nice however it is very flimsy fabric.
I also wanted a metal chain but something must have happened in the ordering process to reset my request to the standard plastic (which is very cheap looking).
I phoned up and a kind gentleman said that they could certainly send one through for £4.95. I needed to check something so when I phoned back to sort it out I was then told that I would have to pay approx. £8/£9 delivery charge on top.
I explained that was not what I was advised and the lady said she would have to check and call me back - several weeks later, I am still waiting.
Disappointing as the plastic fittings do not look nice.

Received my blind today
Received my blind today and put it up, the blind fabric is fabulous but then the mechanism makes it look cheap, its plastic where all the other blinds I have had have been metal, for what I paid for this blind I'm disappointed that this is the case as it doesn't look very strong and am expecting it to break at somepoint.
