Found an abstract pattern for my two new blinds only to find out that my 199.5cm window was just too wide for the fabric. Spoke to one of the advisors and after some careful mathematical calculations on her part worked out a way for me to have my blind. I was so grateful to her,I regret not getting her name. The blinds arrived within the time given and fitted perfectly.

Nothing wrong with the blinds, just takes so long for them to come.

Product great, delivery terrible. They use DX, who for some reason failed to deliver saying they needed additional information to find our address. As we live on a modern estate in a built-up area this is somewhat unusual. DX are virtually impossible to contact and I ended up having to go to the depot to collect my parcel.

Ordered 2 blinds. Both arrived on time, were great quality, easy to install and fit perfectly.

Poor quality plastic pull, I have to downvote them because of the poor quality plastic pully, it snapped on the first use on BOTH blinds. I am so wary of using them that I have had to leave the blinds at half-mast. Not happy.

My go to place for roller blinds. Well priced and great quality for the price. Just make sure you check delivery date when you choose your blinds as I didn't and so it took longer than I expected. However, entirely my own fault as I'm used to that company that does next day delivery. They arrived when they stated, well packed and perfect fit. Highly recommended.

I ordered a blind and realised it was not a blackout blind so within 10mins I cancelled the order and got written confirmation the order was cancelled. Twice I called up and it was confirmed my refund would be processed. After waiting 6 days for my refund I called and the company said they could not refund my order as it was a special made to measure and it was a mistake to cancel my order even though I did not receive the item. This makes no sense as all their blinds are made to measure and their terms and conditions state if you want to cancel you can within 1hr of ordering. Thank God I paid by PayPal who had to step in for me to get my refund. DON’T trust them once you pay your money they do not want to give it back if there is a problem. Use PayPal or your credit card to purchase so that you are covered. I will never use them again.
