The company keeps you informed and it was easy both to order and to install. They're not cheap, but have to say I love my blind. Its very well made, and I appreciate being offered a choice of chain colour.

I’ll probably buy blinds for every window in my house from Roman Blinds Direct- and gladly so.

This is the second set of Roman Blinds we've had from these guys.
Measurements came out spot on. Packaging was good and fitting actually pretty easy. The mounting brackets have got better since our first blind.

Quick service, made exactly to order and £200 cheaper than other companies for exactly the same blinds/material. Would highly recommend!

I ordered 1 Roman blind, the tape holding the strings is not even sawn in at the end and there is dangling line on the blind.
No attention to details has gone into the manufacturing, quite ironic considering their tagline is about quality!!! I sent them an email to get this resolved and they did not bother responding

The blinds look great! Ordering was easy and they arrived on time. One small issue was dealt with very quickly after the blinds had arrived.

The stitching on the blinds is terrible. It looks like perforation marks!! Submitted a complaint over 3 days ago online still not heard anything! I have used other companies in the past and never had this problem thought a company that specialises in Roman blinds would be very good, how wrong!

Really nicely made. Exactly what I wanted. Very good value.

Overall we are happy with the blinds we purchased. Lead time could be a bit quicker (but is OK) but the main blind in the kitchen (2m span) is about 1 inch lower on one side and can't see a way of adjusting it
