Very bad service. Painful referencing process and when you pass still go back to the basic and let the landlord decide on cynical and scrutinised decisions. Total waist of time. They say they manage the property but it’s a lie. They are only Intoducer. Cheap properties laminate floor landlord from Pakistan, africa and India . Never deal with this agency.

Great experience renting a flat through Rosewood. Mohsin and Tan were extremely helpful, keeping us well informed throughout the process, quickly addressing any issues or queries we had, and helping arrange a deal that all parties were happy with, rather than just creating bidding wars and driving prices up. Excellent agency, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very helpful during the application process and throughout our tenancy. My experience with the landlord was particularly difficult and Rosewood was there to offer help every step of the way. Despite them having no obligation to help as they were not managing the property, every time an issue occurred and I was unable to get in touch with my landlord, they were always available and solved a lot of issues that otherwise could have been very problematic and expensive. Overall a great agency and highly recommend

Purely a shameless agent! I wish I could rate less! If you are the landlord you need to be careful because they would try to take away your rental income by various tricks and trap you into a service costing 15 times of what it really worth! If you are the tenant, you need to be highly vigilant because they are so good at poisoning your relationship with landlord and even trick you to pay rent to them instead of landlord leaving you ultimately being evicted, sarcastically they call it their duty of care! Rosewood Estates helped me move in to a lovely flat with ease. They have been helpful at every turn and quick and accurate with responses. Can’t recommend Rosewood Estates enough! I had a virtual viewing over Whatsapp video call where Tan took me round my now let agreed property. He was super professional, personable and helpful. The whole process of signing for the property was quick and easy. The agency is small and has a real personal touch with no pressure or hard sales - very refreshing!
