Great product, but let down by the delivery representative.

Have previously bought online from RubberDuck before and had a very good experience so was a no brainer to re visit for the next set of shower panels that we needed.

Website was easy to order from.
Reasonable price, very quick delivery.

Simple and fast ordering. Prompt delivery. Good prices.

Very polite and no problem was too small. Delivery firm let them down with poor communication between them, I had three delivery dates and the final date delivery was to be between 10.45 and 12.45 they turned up at 07.40, just after I had left on a job?

Recently, I ordered a bath panel, but unfortunately it arrived damaged during delivery. I sent photos showing how it was received broken.
I would like to thank you for sending a replacement bath panel so quickly. I really appreciate your excellent customer service and the way you handled the situation.

Rubberduck were let down by their delivery service. My order was shipped from their supplier and was somehow split into two deliveries. One of those deliveries was lost by their couriers. The second delivery had some parts missing. I appreciate that both these were outwith the control of Rubberduck. They did send replacement parts by a more reputable courier so, kudos to them, everything worked out, but delayed the job by a week. Would I use them again? Probably, but only if their delivery system improved.

Excellent choice of competitively priced shower panels with customer friendly samples process.

They kept sending me damaged products. Had to get them elsewhere in the end. Still waiting for confirmation of refund. Avoid if you can. On their reply they tried to blame the courier. The items were damaged because of the way they were packed. There was little or no protective packing. Also they sent 3 damaged cisterns not 2. I ended up having to source elsewhere. I am still waiting for my refund and no-one has contacted me about this. AVOID !!!

Quick delivery

Ordered a complete shower unit, bath and basin taps in black matt. Over the moon with the quality and cost. Perfect delivery which was actually earlier than expected. Highly recommend this company

Rubberduck supplied a part that turned out to the faulty. They handled the communication with the manufacturer and arranged a replacement. Thanks for the help

Excellent quality of these hard to get large backer-boards. Delivery was also timely, and although corner packing was insufficient, the carrier was careful.

Absolutely appalling. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this company is the worst company I have dealt with. They have supplied us a with a faulty tap and since August, we have been trying to resolve this with them. We have provided them with endless videos and emails detailing all the faults and have followed every instruction they have given us and the Tap still doesn't work.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FURTHERMORE, DON'T BOTHER BUYING KOGE BY SCUDO BOILING TAPS.

The staff at Rubberduck Bathrooms were great and as helpful as they could be, however items were not delivered at the promised time. They took over a week to arrive meaning they arrived after the weekend that I was due to install them. The problem was blamed on the weather however, the tracking showed the package was at my local delivery depot for 5 days, a part of the country where the weather hadn’t been a problem. The day it was delivered it was supposed to have been delivered between 5.30 and 7.30 but it turned up at 8.45 in the evening. How to improve? Use a reliable courier service that does not take its customers for granted.

You would think given the amount of poor reviews this company has they would have set themselves a new year's resolution to improve. Safe to say if they then they are still failing. Absolutely awful customer service from start to finish. Ordered some panels, phoned to say I needed them quickly and was told they would be dispatched that day. 4 days later I phoned to chase delivery and was told one of the panels was out of stock so they were waiting for more stock. I was shocked that I had to call to find this out rather than being told by the company. They switched the panels for me and said I'd get delivery the following Monday. I phoned over the weekend to chase the delivery and still got told it should be Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery. Phoned to chase the delivery and the staff were rude and incompetent. There was no effort to put things right and no accountability for the shocking service. Safe to say ill be avoiding at all costs.

Was told a delivery charge refund had been requested due to numerous delivery issues. This has never been actioned. Disappointing, disingenuous customer service. .

Countless calls to chase, inaccurate information provided and a total lack of accountability. A wholly frustrating experience.

I ordered a whole Scudo bathroom from Rubberduck because the sales adviser was so friendly and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately the aftercare was a different story. When I phoned to follow up about a chipped unit I had received, the customer service advisor was rude and abrupt, saying he had 70 emails to deal with and not to expect him to talk on the phone. Not ideal when you have a plumber in your house asking what you want to do with a damaged part. When I received a reply from Rubberduck the next day, we were told they would not replace it because our plumber screwed it onto the cupboard to see if we could see the chips once it was in place. This meant we had 'accepted' the product and it would cost £175 for us to replace the chipped part. Nothing was connected or plumbed in and we could easily repack it as delivered but this technicality meant I had no rights to an exchange.
On opening up our mirrored cupboard the following week and seeing it smashed to pieces, I held little hope of Rubberduck stepping in to replace the glass. We were just over 14 days from receiving it and I hoped they would understand that the chips in the sink unit had delayed the tradesmen and therefore, we had not opened the mirror within 14 days. Again, computer said no and there was no human touch or flexibility in policy.
It's such a shame that old fashioned customer service doesn't exist in this company. Of course I should have opened the boxes and checked every item on delivery. This was my mistake and I won't be making it again. Unless you are prepared to do this, please don't order from Rubberduck.
