Rustic Stone Opiniones

Possibly like many people, I contacted Jeremy of Rustic Stone at a time of extreme emotion, having had to have one of my dogs put to sleep on the Sunday before Christmas. Although Jeremy was on holiday he still made contact and advised when he would respond in full. True to his word, he responded within the given timescale and having discussed requirements he forwarded a mock-up that very day. Having agreed requirements and payment was processed Jeremy advised on delivery and, again, this guidance was met. The finished product is of exceptionally high quality and I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Rustic Stone; not only was the memorial plaque exactly as per the mock-up and the packaging more than ample, Jeremy's customer care was exceptional.

I have just had a slate memorial made . Jeremy sent me a mock up to ensure it was what I wanted. The finished article is stunning - beautifully made and arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. I will be forever grateful to him each time I look at the memorial slate which was to commemorate my beloved horse.

Just wanted to say we are delighted with our sign. It was hung the day after receiving it. We will be recommending your business to our friends and family.

Received our marble family memorial plaque today...What a superb end product!
It’s been a pleasure dealing with a company that’s embraced traditional craftsmanship with 21st century technology to produce an outstanding quality product.
Thoroughly recommended .
A big thank you to Jeremy of Rustic Stone on behalf of the whole family.

I'm not saying that Jeremy should be renamed Mary Poppins, but her catch phrase seems to be very apt; the excellent customer service, the quality of the finished plaque, the sturdiness of the packaging, the quick turnaround....... I particularly liked the mock up that Jeremy emailed for us to approve.
To be perfectly honest, the plaque is too good for the house that it is attached to and I will now have to do some renovation work to bring the house up to the same standard. More work... oh no!
Highly recommended!

The perfect finishing touch to our beautiful new home.
The service & quality of work, by far, exceeded our expectations.
Thank you so much Rustic Stone

Love it ..it was for my beach hut..now must think of a name for my house so I can get another one done

Stone arrived today, thank you so much ,its brilliant. More than we could of hoped for. It was very distressing and upsetting when we lost our little dog benji. But this stone will go along way for us to come to terms with his death. And make his grave aloving and fitting memorial for him. I will recommend you too everyone i know who loses a pet , thank you .i have also put your company name on my facebook page

Jeremy was quick to respond and really helpful - he took our original idea and improved it, and could not have been more amenable. The sign arrived in good time, and was exactly what we wanted, perfectly executed. In fact, we've already had some people comment on it and ask for Rustic Stone's details.

Rustic stone went above and beyond and turned a fantastic memorial stone around in record time!! The stone was replicated perfectly to our design and will be a cherished memorial to our much loved Nan! Would definitely reccommend and use again!

Sign ordered easily and finished product was excellent.

I ordered a slate slab to commemorate the life of our much loved family pet. I was very impressed with the speed at which Rustic Stone responded to our order and provided proofs and we were thrilled with the final product that sits out in our garden. I would definitely recommend this firm

I was really pleased with the memorial stone we had made when we lost our beloved dog. The quality of the slate and engraving was excellent. I really liked the fact we could design the stone and so have exactly what we wanted to say.
We received it packed perfectly with no chance of it being damaged in transit.
It now sits in our garden and is exactly what we wanted.

Found the basic on-line design concept really useful for designing the layout of our free-standing house sign and followed this with the friendly chat line and e-mails to firm up on exactly what I wanted. Was informed that there was nothing in stock that quite matched but that a suitable slate slab would probably result from a pending visit to the quarry. Indeed it did and the end result arrived well packed and now stands proudly at the entrance to our house.

We are very pleased with our memorial stone. The quality is superb and the team at Rustic Stone were so helpful, making everything so easy to design and personalise our Stone.

We would be very happy to recommend them

I ordered a memorial plaque for my daughter - the team were quick to reply to my emails regarding design, and the service was excellent. I was very happy with the design, and the plaque arrived in the timescale they gave. The quality and finish was amazing - I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

I've bought three pet memorials from Rustic Stone over the past few years, and have been very happy each time. The stones have always been exactly what I've asked for and been delivered well within the time frame given by the company. The stones have weathered well in the garden and look lovely surrounded by flowers in the spring and summer. I thoroughly recommend this company!

Great service and great product.
I'm very happy with my plaque and would certainly recommend the company to anyone
