Even though I had a couple of issues with the bike itself (just bad luck). They have sorted it straight away without hesitation.

Aged non cyclist needing help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Son had problem with his brakes. To me new fangled disc brakes not on a motorcycle, weird. Dropped it in and was told just needs adjusting. Less than 5 minutes later off I cycled, another weird. No charge. I cannot thank them enough for helping out an aged non cyclist. That's customer care and service.

Very poor customer service!
Very poor customer service from the start, not very professional email manner or their customer approach to get returning customers.
No communication to allow the customer which parcels contain what, which led to duplicate products received (which i said i would send back) and then certain items not being. When chasing this up again I was confronted with rude and poor customer service. Its feel like their response is to answer a mistake or complaint without acknowledging it!
My bike wasn't checked prior to shipping as gears are out of sync.
I'm glad I have finally received all my items as this means I wont have to go through the annoyance of this company again and what was for me very very poor customer service!
Thank you for your reply no service form was sent with my bike and haven't even received invoices for the sent products!!
Oh and I have already raised this with rutland cycles and added a complaint but was told it was being looked into but so far no response!!

I am so sorry for the service you feel you have received after having your order delivered. This is definitely not the experience we would like our customers to have.
Our bikes do go through a full PDI check before they are dispatched from us and are sent with a form detailing this check. Unfortunately transportation can some times slightly knock things out of alignment.
Could you please email us directly with your order details and we will of course look in to this straight away
Great knowledge in store
In terms of product knowledge, friendly service and helpfulness, 5*. Alex went out of his way to help me choose and test out the right bikes for my cycle to work voucher. Really great consultative approach.
Minus 1* for levying 10% charge on Halfords backed cycle 2 work voucher. That's the only choice I have from my employer so cost me a massive £250 on a £2,500 voucher. Other independents do charge this way.

Poor customer service avoid these stores!
Bought a a bike off Rutland cycles I need to make a warranty claim the is bike 8 month’s old and Rutland Cycles will not help with it. And told me to go to another store that I did not buy the bike with why should another shop be willing to help you when they have not made any money from the sale ain’t going to happen! They sold me the bike with brakes wrong way round just really poor customer service! Avoid is you would like help with any issues after purchase!
I can not reply to your reply how can it be hard to remove a shock and post without damaging it I have managed to do that my self now to get it fixed you just point blank refused and did not want to help👍 Just thought the store I bought from would be willing to help no worries

I'm very sorry about this experience. There are a few reasons we advise to go to a local bike store to resolve an issue such as this one. There is a large risk of damage during transportation if we were to have the bike collected from yourself to have any work done and then have it delivered back to you. It does also mean that the issue is resolved a lot quicker, which is of course something that we would like.
As a gesture we would be more than happy to cover the labour costs of resolving this issue if you are able to send us a quote for the work beforehand.
Faultless service from Rutland … the…
Faultless service from Rutland … the item ordered (wheelset) was as I expected and a very very good price!! … just a shame that DPD were less than efficient having mislaid the package!! I received fantastic support from the staff as they tried to locate the missing parcel!! Thankfully due to Mirrons super customer service, the package finally arrived today!
I would highly recommend them .. 10/10 from a customer service perspective!

I’ve had two bike fits on my bikes with Phil Craddock in Nottingham. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and very precise. The adjustments he made have significantly improved my riding style, comfort and power. Highly recommend this process.

Great bike shop
I was very impressed with the Rutland Cycling shop.
Really quick delivery and good prices and even when i had to return the bike too big my own fault.
Customer service was really helpful.
Definitely recommend Rutland Cycling shop.

Excellent Service from the Workshop
On Friday Sept 9th I took the rear wheel from my Raliegh Pioneer into the Milton Keynes store to have a spoke protector fitted, as the chain was jumping off the lowest gear sprocket. A Shimano tool, which I didn't have, was necessary to release the rear cassette lock ring. Despite their best endeavours, with the largest breaker bar and 3 staff involved the lock ring would not come undone. I was advised to bring the bike in to have the gears adjusted as that would solve the problem and make the protector ring unnecessary. I contacted Rutland Cycles Workshop on Sept 12th, Ian said bring it in tomorrow morning and we'll sort it out - its a quick job. This morning, Sept 13th, first thing I took the bike in and true to his word, Ian put the bike on a support and proceeded to adjust the gears, 5 minutes later reliable and predictable gear selection is restored. They have simply great customer-focused…
They have simply great customer-focused service. Last month I had an annoying problem which was weird creeking sound coming from middle of the bike. My warranty was almost over and they collected the bike from my home handled the issue and sent back to me for totally free including shipping. I am very happy with them thankfully I bought my Whyte E-160s v2 by Rutland Cycle. Keep up the good work!

Absolutly disgusted in the service…
Absolutly disgusted in the service provided by Rutland Cycles Online. Having ordered a bike over 3 months ago and deposit paid to be informed 4 days before delivery that the bike is out of stock is extremely poor service. I suspect there is more to what I am being told and the person who I dealt with no longer works there. There was no compensation to purchase a stock bike, only at the advertised price. I would warn anyone waiting a order to be careful and look at an alternative supplier.

Rebecca prioritised my order delivery when the estimated despatch date came and went with no update received from Rutland Cycling. Great service recovery once I contacted Customer Services, but going forward the Service Design needs to better understand the Customer Journey to provide the best Customer Experience.

Great advice, competitive pricing and service.
I’m currently building up a bike and went to Rutland Cycles Leicester for help, support and purchasing parts.
The service that I received from Josh and Stef has been 200%!!
Loads of helpful technical advice on the build, really competitive pricing..
Also a very quick turnaround when it came to a workshop job carried out by Michael, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help resolve a problem. Necessary items were available and support regarding fitting freely available. Ordered a Giant revolt 0 in May 2022…
Ordered a Giant revolt 0 in May 2022 with a delivery of July 2022. Looking forward to getting the bike. July came and no word on delivery so had to chase several times before being told no word on delivery and they’ll provide an update in August 2022. Chased again to be told still no update and Giant hoping to send out bike buy end of September. Just received an email to say my order has been cancelled as Rutland Cycling has been taken over by Specialized and no longer stock Giant bikes. 5 months waiting for my bike to be advised this and still waiting for my deposit to be paid back. Shocking customer service.

We have very recently been made aware that certain bikes are no longer available for us to order in. Sadly, some Giant bikes have been effected by this.
