Visited the Hereford shop twice this week to get some printing done, I found the ladies that served me on both occasions, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient , brilliant service, definitely use again , thanks

Claire at the Shandwick Pace Branch in Edinburgh was outstanding today.
My wife and I needed the yearly tax returns scanned to our email.
Claire then proceeded to scan over 400 pages onto a US B Stick, separated all into separate files (24 in total) then emailed them all back to us.
This was done with great proficiency and speed, I thought it would have taken a while but Claire fed it through that machine like a pro!! Then making sure we had them all before my wife left the store and she was happy with them. Taking the stress out of a stressful situation.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have dealt with Claire and her professionalism is fantastic.
Her sense of humour is very catching and she would cheer anybody up, don’t ever lose that sparkle Claire

I would advise customers to give Ryman's in Blackheath Village a miss. Once it was a flourishing business. But I have found the service poor for some years. This morning, I ordered something online as Click-and-Collect. When I went to collect it this afternoon, no one had checked so no one had seen my order. My visit was pointless. Three helpers stood in an empty shop. No apology. No offers to make good. I will go somewhere else in future. I will never return to Ryman's in Blackheath Village.

The diary I ordered is exactly what I need. Delivery very prompt.
I regularly use my local Ilkeston branch where staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Ordered mid day the previous day, delivered the next morning - incredibly fast delivery - items were well packed and great value.
100% recommended - will be buying again

FedEx got this to me fast and in undamaged condition, as these Really Useful boxes tend to have fragile edges

It is always a pleasure shopping at Rymans in Carlisle. The staff are knowledgeable and all very friendly and helpful. It is my favourite "go to" for any stationery needs.

Very good service, my documents were ready to pick up in less than an hour, however very basic invoice no indication of how many sheets were printed, some were missing, my mistake or theirs, no way of telling?

The delivery process was rapid and efficient - I was able to get exactly what I needed, from my desk, at a reasonable cost. I would recommend it as a good use of time and money.

Staff are always on hand to help provide good customer service.

It’s a bit of a rip off, when you want send parcels. When you’ve already got everything packed in a sturdy parcel box, you’ve to get another box around it from the DHL ones. So I paid way more than I should’ve because of that.
Because at Queensway in London they don’t go by weight just by the amount that where another box fits in. Although I could pack my whole suitcase in there of the room that I had left in the outer box.
At the website it seems like all Ryman’s that have a DHL service point go by that system. A highly rude system if you ask me. As tip I’d give go to the back and ask straight away for a DHL parcel box it easily could safe you 40-60 quid.

I have always received my purchase in a few days. Excellent service. I will have no hesitation in ordering from Rymans in the future.

I was in the Shandwick Place Branch on Monday 21st Sep, I was only wanting c2 pages printed and the queue was about 5 deep as the Polish girl decided to design and print business cards for a customer, but what really annoyed me more as my husband and I were in a few weeks ago and asked if these were done in-store and we were told no, by the same person they would need to be ordered on-line, is it one rule for one and one rule for another!?!?
Myself and a couple of others waiting decided to go along the street to the Tech shop and they done it there in no time (cheaper also)
The other staff member who was a male with a shaved head wasn’t much more help either, decided to give someone enquiring about sending a DHL parcel to the US a long winded version of what tariffs may or not be applied.
Just thought I would let you know that with staff lying to customers it doesn’t bestow any confidence in the branch and customers leaving due to waiting times!!

The store is well stocked and have a great service!

I recently placed an online order with Ryman for the first time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery due to the third party delivery company so I had to get in contact with Ryman’s Customer Service team. They did an excellent job in resolving the issue for me promptly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their online delivery service again as a result.
