The instrument cluster was returned to me within 48hours.
The price quoted was extremely competitive and it was fixed first time.
i will happily recommend Sancars and I will also be using their services in the future.

They did what they said they would do (fix a failed LCD in a Juke instrument cluster), when they said they would do it, with minimum fuss and maximum helpfulness. I would strongly recommend anyone with an instrument cluster problem to contact them - they are excellent.

Hi,
I had my IP cluster fixed at SanCars in the UK (sent from Australia) plus my own cost for freight to and from Oz through a third party. They did the repair within 4 hours of receiving it in the post, and posted it back the following day. I received it in Australia 8 days later and voila, it cleared every issue below - giddy up!

What a service. The tech was brilliant to talk to and the cluster was fixed the same day of receipt. Brilliant!

So fast and quick if you pay express both ways and they don’t mess about either job done so fast and quick and back in car sent it Thursday about 1pm got it Bac Saturday 10am and car back on the road what more could you want amazing job 5* all day long

Excellent very quick service and helpful advice

I received an excellent service. My car broke down, I called more than a dozen garages in Leicester/midlands, and no garage could resolve the issue without unnecessary protocols of diagnostics with diagnostic charge. I explained the fault to Sancars, the car was towed to their workshop and the fault was fixed the same day with a 2-yr warrantee - Incredible!! Never thought such service was possible. Thank you Sancars!
