This was our first holiday abroad post COVID. Dave and Val were fantastic in sorting out a great holiday in the Maldives and Dubai but more importantly we’re excellent in helping us wade through the mass of additional documentation COVID forced on us especially in a two centre holiday. Wouldn’t have known where to start without you.

Savvi Travel were extremely helpful and efficient with my recent booking. All the staff are very friendly and their communication thoughout the whole process was excellent.

Val Dawkins of Savvi Travel based on Oakham provide an awesome 5* experience- great knowledge of the travel industry, how to navigate the pandemic paperwork and bureaucracy, great warmth sensitivity and care. Felt we were cared for all the way from late request to go on holiday to selecting a venue which was our best holiday ever. Will always use Val and Savvi. Thanks!!

Overall our experience with Savvi Travel was a positive one. We had booked our original holiday to Greece for September 2020 with Donna in Ampthill in February 2020 a month before lockdown! Needless to say that trip didn't take place and we eventually decided to change our itinerary and instead of multiple destinations we decided on Crete and went in September 2021.
In that time we had numerous dealings with Val and she was more than helpful and shared her knowledge with us etc. We were keen to ensure that we got rooms with the best aspects and views and there was communication with the hotels which was reassuring. The two hotels we stayed at in Crete were very good. Our first time in Greece will not be our last.
I also needed assistance while away and Donna was on hand to sort out my luggage issue too.

The service was excellent and can't praise the staff high enough.They went out of their way to find the appropriate holiday for us, was very friendly and was very attentive. I had only previously used large holiday companies and was a bit apprehensive when I went in but this positive experience has persuaded me to use them in the future instead.

From chatting through what we were looking for to making the booking was seamless.

In these still strange times working with a travel professional gives the comfort needed that if things change again that we will be looked after.

Donna at Savvi Travel Ampthill was brilliant when we booked our honeymoon. We had quite a lot of requirements as we were travelling with our 3 year old and she managed to organise our dream holiday for us. Everything ran perfectly smoothly and we will be using Savvi Travel for all of our holidays in the future!

Wow they have only gone and done it again!

Savvi Made our holiday the best experience ever and even during the unpredictable time of COVID travel, they made it easy and helped us feel safe on holiday.

Having tried to use the minefield of Government info website, on the do’s and don’ts, they took away the stress and gave us the courage to travel abroad.

The stunning location of our Villa in Greece was perfect with view of the bay below and within walking distance via a path which gave us a sense of adventure to local restaurants and and shops.

The amenities of the Villa were amazing with a private pool and spa hot tub.

The Villa was like living like a Hollywood celebrity life style it took our breath away.

The team at Savvi went above and beyond when sorting our transfers to and from airport which was about and 1hr from the Villa.

Thanks again Savvi for helping sorting the location and proving to us yet again that your customer service is truly the best in travel.

We have just returned from an absolutely phenomenal luxury villa holiday in Corfu.
We wanted an ultra special experience for a family celebration. Savvi Travel provided us with a thoughtful, personalised service and found us a range of different options to ensure we got the perfect holiday. The villa we booked was beyond our expectations, in the perfect location and they arranged all the extras we needed including car hire.
We were very sceptical about travelling abroad again but Savvi Travel eased our concerns, advising us on the tests and forms we needed, guiding us through the COVID regulations and just making the whole process smoother and taking all the stress away.

Went in for a consultation about a trip to Japan, they were extremely friendly and helpful having two different quotes made up for us within the next couple of days. I can't thank them enough for how easy they made the whole process and now because of them I have a 2 week holiday to look forward to.

Booked our holiday to Cyprus yesterday with Savvi Travel. After booking our own on line for so many years, this year we felt we needed a little advice and reassurance, so we popped into Savvi Travel, Oakham, with the intention of going home to book online. Val has given all of the information and advise in spades. A truly lovely lady and a credit to Savvi Travel, so much so we decided to go back and actually book our holiday through them. It was lovely to be met with someone who truly loves the work they do and are happy to help as much as possible. I would recommend them to anyone..

I popped into Savvi Travel in Hitchin on Monday to enquire about their PCR testing service by Eurofins. I didn’t book my holiday with Savvi as I usually do all my own bookings but I just needed some clarity as the rules for travelling are very confusing. I have to say that I have never been to such a helpful and pleasant travel agent before, as I never booked through them they needn’t of give me any information but Georgie could not have been more help, I left the shop feeling very confident that I had all the correct information for my trip and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future to book my trips and to take the pressure off myself. Thank you Georgie for all your help.

We had to cancel our annual trip to France due to covid restrictions, but still wanted to have a family holiday. We walked into Savvi Hitchin and Georgie listened to our requests ( challenging given the fact we were 2 adults and 2 older teens, who really wanted to holiday with friends but covid had put a stop to that!) and then sorted us out with a family trip to Rhodes Greece. With her expert knowledge, she was able to find us a holiday for two weeks that kept 2 almost 50 year olds happy and a party loving 19 year old and a 17 year old sun worshipper in holiday heaven. We had the best time and would highly recommend taking the time to get the personal touch to booking a holiday which the internet alone cannot offer. It has been 20 years since we used a travel agent, but we will definitely be visiting Georgie at Savvi Hitchin for our future holiday needs.

We have always been so pleased with the fantastic service from Ann at Savvi Travel. She is professional, has excellent product knowledge and will always go the extra mile to help.
She helped us book a three and a half month trip of a lifetime and every aspect of it was great. Her advice and suggestions of places to go, things to do and timescales were spot on.
The staff are always very welcoming and helpful and we are looking forward to our forthcoming river cruise booked through Savvi Travel.

Ann at Savvi actively listens to our holiday thoughts, works co-operatively with us, and is happy to tweak plans repeatedly, until we are satisfied with the result. Recently, Ann arranged a five week trip to New Zealand and a four week trip to Australia. Both touring holidays incorporated numerous hotels, flights, excursions and different modes of transport - all of which went smoothly and without a hitch.

We booked a Cruise and Flight with Savvi Travel Hitchin to go to Singapore for 2020 then had to move to 2021, we wanted to stay another week after the cruise and fly home later, The team at Savvi Found a hotel and send us a price across. we then found it cheaper on a well known hotel only website. So we booked it. We went back to the hotel website who had stated that we could move/cancel the hotel at the time of booking. we waited for an update and chased the company to be told that we could not change, so we chose a refund. We waited over a year to get our money back which we got back via our bank. We went back to Savvi with our tail between our legs. Savvi were able to book the hotel we wanted which was great. We have now had to change the everything to 2022. Savvi Travel were brilliant, they moved everything across including the hotel for the same cost as this this year.

So been looking at holidays abroad and was in olney today so I went to savvi travel and I must say I think her name was Alice is an absolute credit to that holiday shop I would highly recommend if you're after a holiday abroad going to speck them as they know their stuff in their and as someone who's autistic and most places look at werid she understood me which I have to say was lovely and I would highly recommend

Great helpfulness from Dave at Savvi travel. Because of the pandemic we've had to cancel two holidays. However Dave found a break in Bournemouth and monies paid were transferred. We had a lovely break so much so we paid for a couple of extra nights. Please be nice to staff in travel shops and hotels etc like us all they've had difficult times. Our hotel yes whilst needing a bit of tlc was great. Bedding and room was clean and can't fault their friendliness. If you have an issue please tell the staff as they can't help you if they don't know of your problem. We stayed in the Ocean beach and spa overlooking the sea in Bournemouth situated on the East cliff. There are sister hotels next door the Suncliff and the Cumberland and the Hermitage hotel just off the square in the town. If you want a nice break and enjoy getting out and about this is the place for you. Once again thank you Savvi travel

Savvi Travel organised a very welcome holiday to several of the Channel Islands islands. Every step of the way was managed perfectly, transfers to & from hotels, tickets for ferries, planes, day trips to islands even lunches. The staff were always happy & on hand to help & advise with any problems including all the changing Covid rules. We will definitely book our next holidays with Savvi Travel.
