All good from booking with travel agent to journey to hotel & service provided by hotel. The lake view room was very nice & the view being special. The waitress service by students Maryna, Sofia & Laura was immaculate & the receptionist Maja made our stay special.

Great service from Savvi Travel, and the holiday company Newmarket Holidays.

5 day train/coach holiday.

Good communication throughout and no issues with the holiday.
Train journeys undertaken without drama (albeit ScotRail had double booked our seats on one of the trains. As we were on before everyone else it didn't matter).
Good coach, driver and escort.
Hotel was a little tired but perfectly adequate with excellent food.
Overall very happy.

We're using them again to go to Canada in a couple of weeks (delayed covid holiday) and they have been absolutely fantastic since our original booking in late 2019.
No horror stories that we have too often heard about from the travel industry.

Excellent service from Savvi travel. They were very helpful in finding us our original holiday and when that got cancelled they helped us find an alternative to Parga, Greece which proved to be amazing. We have always found them to be helpful and friendly - we would definitely recommend to friends and family and use them again for future holidays. Thank you!

We booked our first family holiday abroad with Savvi Travel back in 2019…which didn’t take place until July 2022, due to COVID.
As you can imagine, there were loads of changes in that period of time, but Georgie dealt with it all efficiently & professionally, & kept communication going throughout, updating us of any changes, including vaccinations, different flight times, etc…
Georgie helped us choose DB Seabank resort in Malta, & we couldn’t be happier with our first summer holiday. Our girls & us made lots of memories, which we shall treasure.

We went In to savvy travel on the off chance they could price a holiday in a un heard off destination in Spain somewhere we used to go years ago with my father and the lady worked very hard took about an hour in total just to find everything so we booked and was counting down the weeks. When we went felt like we had never been away was a fantastic holiday and can't wait to go back to savvi travel to book again for next year staff where helpful and kind and got everything we required and we couldn't have asked for anything else

Dave and the team helped us book our trip through Beachcomber to Mauritius, offering invaluable advice in securing the accommodation we were looking for, for a large family. They were patient through covid regarding our concerns re cancellation / testing etc and sent timely reminders re changing requirements. All in all we were delighted to have Savvi holding our hand and would definitely use again. Many Thanks.

Things went wrong. Things went very wrong. Our trip to Norway was completely ruined because the airline bumped us but Val and Savvi helped us like you wouldn’t believe.

They managed to rebook us to an alternative destination and always answered our calls. We never felt like we were a problem and they were brilliant

Always book through an agent and always one where you’re a big cog in a smaller machine. Savvi are well worth every penny. Their help and knowledge is invaluable.

Myself and my husband visited the Elba Premium Hotel in July this year . Valerie at Savvi Travel has worked with us before to book our yearly break. As usual her suggestion was spot on. The quality of the accommodation was excellent with a 45 minute transfer from the airport. The hotel staff were quick at check in , gave great instruction and offered a really positive start to our break.
The rooms were large and spacious . The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious with an amazing shower . The location to the facilities was excellent as we were located to the rear of the pool bar. The adult part of the complex was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely go again.

Excellent service.
Val was superb thought the booking process.
As a big family group of 14 there was great deal of information to take on board and process.
We settled on great travel times with BA going out and return and Val found us a fantastic 5* all inclusive hotel in Side, Turkey. Seven Seas Blue.

Months later and the s**t hit the fan with flights being cancelled left right and centre. Our BA flights were no exception and at the last minute Val and Dave managed to get all 14 of us onto Tui (outbound) and Easy Jet (return) so our holiday could still go ahead.

So the travel day out was the day from hell, for all reasons out of Savvi Travel control (other than minibus to hotel but i have given them feedback on this)

Hotel was perfect and one of the best 5* all inclusive hotels we have been to over the last 30 years. Food amazing and location and service top notch.

At their own expense Dave and Val arranged airport lounge access for our return trip and as there was 14 of us this was very much appreciated with a delay coming home.

Val checked all of us in and allocated seats for both out bound and return flights.

Very professional company and I would highly recommend for any travel arrangements.

Val at Savvi Travel has gone above and beyond for us, from changing our booking during a pandemic, to supporting us through an airline cancelling our flight, I know some of this work was done in Val's own time to make sure we were sorted. This has been a bit delayed which I apologise for. I went to St Lucia last November. I wasn't sure how to go about booking hotels, flights, transport to resort, covid tests etc as I hadn't been on that sort of holiday before. Georgie in the Hitchin office was very helpful and I was all sorted within a couple of hours. She also answered all my stupid questions with much patience. The travel requirements changed while I was out there which I was informed of my email and my email back was answered immediately. It all went very smoothly and I had a wonderful time. Thank you so much. Will use you again if I get the chance.

We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Disneyland Paris organised by Ann at Savvi Travel. Thank you for supporting us from first booking, in pre covid days, to actually making the trip two years later.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Tenerife organised by Diana at the Olney branch of Savvi Travel. She and Ann her colleague provided an excellent service and took the stress out of the whole process. They listened to what we wanted and were always friendly and helpful. Diana from Savvi Travel was super helpful and took all the pressure off my impulsive desire to travel. She manages to provide different itineraries for me to choose from, and organised everything for me. You always think you are being smart booking flights/holidays online, however, Diana/Savvi Travel managed to get me a better deal than i was able to find online, and most importantly, i could get on with work.

I have been so impressed with the assistance and guidance shown to me and the professional and friendly way my requirements have ben dealt with by the Oakham office especially Val who has been handling my case . I shall be using Savvi from now on and will , and have done, recommend them to anyone who wants a good travel agent .

In the current climate of Covid, travel can be more stressful due to the paperwork. I lost my email with a booking reference number for a 2 day test on entering the UK. I was therefore unable to complete the passenger locator form. I was able to get hold of Dave the CEO on New Year’s Eve and he sorted it all out for me in time for the flight New Year’s Day. Very happy I booked through Savvi travel, they took the stress out of a stressful situation, were very helpful even though I contacted them late on New Year’s Eve. A definite 5 stars and an excellent personal service. I would definitely book through them again.

We cannot speak highly enough of Savvi Travel. They are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, reliable, sensitive to our requirements. They go the extra mile in organising our holidays from start to finish. The after service is excellent. And all of this done with professionalism and often with a great sense of humor. We have used Savvi Travel since they opened in Oakham. Val Dawkins ability to navigate through the Covi19 rules and regulations has been reassuring and first class.
