In September 2022 my wife and I popped into Savvi Travel in Oakham seeking an extra special holiday experience, but with little idea of where we wanted to visit or what type of package would suit us. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with a number of ideas and brochures to match. Several visits later we had decided upon a location and spent nearly an hour with one of the staff who assisted us in choosing exactly what we had been looking for.
Prior to our trip in January 2023, the Company remained in touch with us and continued to provide advice and information relevant to our holiday.
We returned from our 'holiday of a lifetime' on 3rd February 2023 and would like to thank all the staff at Savvi Travel for their patience and assistance in helping us find the perfect break and one which we will remember forever.

We wanted to use a local Travel Agent to book our holiday to Tenerife so decided to contact Savvi Travel in Hitchin. We were not disappointed! The service was excellent and very efficient making the whole experience stress free. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be using them again. Thank you Savvi Travel!

From booking the holiday to coming home at the end, this was the best organised trip we have been on.
Savvi Travel were so helpful in finding the trip that suited our needs. As this was to celebrate a special birthday, we wanted everything to run smoothly. They answered all our questions and gave us invaluable advice so we were fully prepared.
There were three generations for this trip to Lapland but it catered for us all. Seeing the look of joy on my granddaughter’s face made it worth every penny.

Booked our honeymoon through Savvi and they were great! Very helpful from the start helping us choose where to go, we ended going to Elephant Hills in Thailand off their recommendation and it was fantastic, followed by a relaxing week in the Maldives, perfect! All the transfers etc were taken care of and had no issues at all.

Before we wandered into Savvi travel, we were content to book holidays online. Since meeting Dave, Kay and the team we would not book our holidays without their input, insights and guidance. There is a real value in speaking with approachable and knowledgeable people who have probably got personal insights into the destinations of interest. We just returned from a blissful two weeks in Mauritius and would not have known to book a resort on the non-windy side etc. and it is a lot of money to risk. When something went wrong Dave and Kay could not have done more to help us.

Price on our cruise holiday really competitive too.

My friend and I booked a special trip to Mauritius with Savvi Travel. We had never been on a long haul holiday before and had so many questions for the team which were all answered confidently and quickly. Val mostly looked after us but Sue, Ann and Dave were also super helpful and genuinely excited for us. Val made sure we had the best seats on our flights, ordered special meals and booked our car hire and trips too. Everything was done perfectly. Savvi Travel recommended our hotel - Ravenala Attitude which was fantastic and we would highly recommend to others.
When we left our jackets on the outward journey, Savvi travel helped us to locate them and get them back and they also checked in on us once we had arrived in resort, to check that everything was OK. When we returned we popped in to see the team and let them know how our holiday went and they all seemed interested and excited for us.
We can't fault the service and attention to detail that we received from Val and the rest of the team. Thanks so much! We hope to book again with you soon.

We booked our 14 day trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands with Savvi Travel. They arranged the whole holiday to our requirements requested. We had questions prior and during the trip which were always answered swiftly.
We had our 6 flights, hotels, private transfers, tour guide to ourselves in Quito and catamaran boat around Islands planned. Even had lounge passes added for free for the return flight from Guayaquil.
Highly recommended for a personal touch when booking a special holiday.

I booked a holiday using Savi Travel in Olney and the service was 1st class very friendly and helpful. I've been using Savi Travel for a few years and the service never disappoints I recommend them for all Travel needs

The Olney Savvi Travel Branch is local to me. I was organising a two week extended family holiday to Florida for the end of July 2022 to see all the theme parks and attractions. Savvi Travel organised the flights, accommodation, and car hire and attraction tickets for us as a package, which is what we wanted.

At no time did I feel pressurised and I found them very knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Any queries or amendments, however small was answered and dealt with. Their customer service is excellent.

We only had one minor problem on holiday which was dealt with very swiftly. One week before we left, we realised my husband’s photo ID had expired, the new photo ID didn’t arrive in time, due to postal delays, which meant he couldn’t drive or hire out a vehicle. We told Savvi Travel immediately we knew about our boo-boo, and asked them to amend the lead driver. Savvi Travel told the firm they had booked it through, but this firm failed to update the amended drivers, so when we got to the car hire firm in the USA we were told we couldn’t have the minibus as it was still in my husband name and due to the contract of hire been between my husband and the travel firm, the hire car company wouldn’t of got paid if we changed the lead driver name to me (same surname). Long story, short at cost to ourselves (double the price of Savvi) we got the minibus. The following day on holiday we emailed Savvi Travel to explain what had happen, within a couple of days later we had an email back saying the firm the car hire was booked through had contacted the car hire firm and told them not to charge our credit card and we were going to be charge the original agreed to price.

The self catering villa with pool we booked was clean, spacious and perfect for us. I would happily book our next holiday through them. Savvi Travel are well worth every penny. Their help and knowledge is invaluable and gave me peace of mind all the way. Thanks you Savvi Travel.

Where do I start. We used Savvi travel to organise our summer holiday and they were faultless in every way. They found us perfect accomodation and took my calls whilst we were away and needed other things organised.

They have now organised a trip for me st the end of this month to Canada with total professionalism. They are now looking at planning a getaway for me at new year.

Donna has been exceptional and her customer service has been second to none.

My friend and I went to Savvi travel in Oakham to book a cruise for the first time. The staff listened to our request, asked appropriate questions and demonstrated excellent customer service all the time we were there. We booked just what we wanted. The staff could not have been more helpful.

We went to Savvi Travel not really knowing where we wanted to go for our holiday. But after talking to Diana for a short while we had a trip to Venice and Lake Garda in Italy planned which my wife and I enjoyed immensely. Excellent experience throughout and highly recommend Savvi Travel. Italy was very nice too!
