Great range of products, I've bought a lot from here and it's one of my favourite places to buy baby stuff. When I had an issue with an item their customer service was excellent, promptly sorting the issue to my satisfaction.

I ordered the lovely Dutch bike for my grandson for his 2nd birthday I ordered it well in time for his birthday and it was delivered in time. Unfortunately when we opened the box and looked at the bike we found a fault in the tyre. I emailed the company and had an email back straight away asking me for pictures which I sent. I was then offered a replacement bike delivered straight to my daughters address. Charlotte with whom I communicated was lovely and dealt with this very quickly. Thank you for your brilliant service we will definitely order one of your lovely products again in the future.

After receiving my order confirmation I realised I made a typo on the gift message I’d written. I emailed customer services asking if this could be edited and I was delighted when I received an email back from Nicola saying she’d sorted for me. An amazing company with a wide range of really unique toys and products for all ages. I’ve ordered lots of things for my little one over the last few months. Unfortunately my last order arranged damaged, I sent an email and within an hour a replacement was sent - amazing customer service. Thank you to Nicola for sorting this so speedily!

Lovely range of products on offer across all age ranges, I found the perfect presents for my 11 month old twins in no time. Unfortunately one of the items ordered was faulty/damaged, which we didn’t discover until Christmas. I sent an email to customer care and within a couple of hours a replacement order was issued. Thank you to Charlotte for offering a quick resolution and fantastic customer service. Despite the issues faced, this has not deterred us from ordering again in the future!

Excellent company to deal with - professional, friendly and effective. I had an email response to my query which was 3 days before Xmas Eve within about half an hour, then they got a replacement ordered in time for delivery on Xmas Eve so my granddaughter’s dolls house bed (part of the pack of furniture which came with the house) which had arrived in two pieces was replaced and everything was perfect for Xmas Day. Very satisfied customer.

All orders were delivered promptly. There were items missing on one order, however the error was rectified very efficiently with a rapid response and swift delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is my second time ordering from Scandiborn. I ordered a doll pram, a skipping rope and some Christmas decorations. My order arrived at the end of November but I didn’t open the package till a couple of days ago.

Upon opening the parcel, I saw that the Christmas decorations were missing, so I sent an email to scandiborn asking for a replacement or refund. Within 30 minutes of my email, I received a reply and refund. Thank you Scandiborn, for stellar customer service!

When I put the dolls house together ther was a manufacturer fault. I contacted customer services and they were excellent and remedied fault immediately by sourcing a replacement part from the manufacturer.
Very pleased with their response.

I want to thank the extremely helpful member of staff who supported me with getting a replacement toy from one of their suppliers. They went above and beyond to get a replacement knowing it was a special toy for my little girls birthday. Scandiborn is one of my favourite shops for toys for my daughter and I'm so grateful for the effort they went to!

It is this type of customer service that ensures that I have confidence to place orders with online retailers. Having someone that can answers your questions and have that human connection is so important.
