Exceptional products that actually do the job. Fast delivery and wonderful communication.
A product did have an issue, but it was incredibly easy to resolve. Free returns and kept up-to-date by the Customer Experience Team, and a replacement sent quickly. What's not to love.

Waterproof Baseball cap
Really pleased with my waterproof baseball cap, but when it developed some unexplained marks I contacted customer support, they were really great, responding within minutes of my initial contact. Problem soon sorted, very happy.

I sent an email at 20:05 re the Runton…
I sent an email at 20:05 re the Runton socks I’d worn for the first and only time as they caused blisters. I received a reply by 20:25, I was not expecting them to be at work at that time!
Krystal drew my attention to the wording on their website highlighting how and when they should be used, this made sense. She then informed me that a suitable replacement pair that did not have the Hydrostop feature would be ordered.
This morning I have an email from the post office saying that they are on the way.
I have rarely experienced such exceptional service, thank you Sealskinz.
I should say I have used Sealskinz previously and am a big fan of their products.

Great Customer Service
I made an online enquiry which was answered almost straight away by an AI agent by email. I have bought my partner waterproof socks from this company before which he commented today how great they are so asked if they sold waterproof gaiters but unfortunately they don’t sell them and I was impressed how quickly they got back with an answer to my enquiry.

Outstanding customer service and outstanding socks!
The service I received from the customer support team was outstanding. I had a notification that my parcel had been delivered, however, it was nowhere to be seen. I messaged Thursday evening and received a response initially from AI but within minutes from Krystal. I was so impressed! Krystal sent a photograph which clearly showed the parcel was not at my home and then when I replied to let her know this, that she would contact the courier the following morning to ask them to redeliver. Fortunately a neighbour reunited the parcel with me in the meantime but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the contact from Sealskinz and the commitment to sorting this out for me.
The socks are a gift and having had them before, I know my husband will be delighted with a second pair. He would wear nothing else now. They are well worth every penny. Keep your feet bone dry. Thank you.
