Scam. Ordered paint. Never arrived (5 weeks so far) and they ignore any emails to chase up or request refund. Do not use

Purchased several items, paid for them,got an email to say order received and getting ready. Then got a email to leave a review. Order put in on 31st August and nothing despite me emailing them several times no communication from them or refund. I don't get out much due to health issues and can't afford to repurchase items that was for an engagement gift. My personal opinion is that Seasonal Home don't care about letting customers down or leaving them upset and stressed. Beth

I am wondering if this company has gone into liquidation. I ordered and paid for some spray paints on 6th Sept 22 and hadn't received it after 3 weeks.
I tried to go on their website but it is constantly "closed for maintenance" Now their phone number is also discontinued. I have emailed but zero response not even a standard reply. Does anyone have any more info please???

I placed an order 5 weeks ago, payment got taken out same day and still not received my order. Have sent several emails with no reply. Terrible customer service.

Avoid ordered items never arrived. Seem to disappeared of the face of the earth. Got my money back through Barclays. Contact your bank and they can do a charge back regardless of credit or debit card. Good luck everyone.

Placed my order 22nd August. Many lies about parcel being dispatched but no parcel ever appeared. Initially I received “please excuse…staff shortages..” etc by email. Then NOTHING! Several emails ignored and phone line did not answer! Appalling service. Thankfully I received a full refund through PayPal yesterday. Do not waste your time and money on this company! They’re a joke!

Ordered items on 22nd August, no items as reviewed prior and still no refund over a month later. Not replying to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Where are my goods? Paid for in August - still waiting. Initial reply to emails saying they were busy and short staffed. Now ignoring me and have taken the money. Beware this company.

Just trying to chase up order with this company. Paid and received no goods… now there off line…very dodgey…there scammers .. don’t use them

I ordered two items on the 14th August 2022 - have not had either - it is now 4th October 2022. I was sent an apologetic email when I chased but have not had anything since.

Purchase made online over a month ago - product still not received even though money taken from my account. No response from seller - unable to get my money back! Avoid - this amounts to fraud and theft!

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. I received an email saying the order was being process and then noting. There is not even a website anymore. If they re-appear then avoid them at all costs! SCAM.

Ordered something from Seasonal Home online over a month ago. Order was acknowledged by email, then nothing. No delivery and no response to emails asking what has happened to my order

Fortunately their website now seems to be out of action, so hopefully others are not caught out by them

Bulb fibre order 27 August. No delivery. 2 October asked where it was? Automatic reply like others. No tel. no. shown. Same message re web maintenance. Unsuccessful BT Phone Book search. Suggest someone nearby go round to see if they exist? If scam, report to Police (ha ha!)?

Ordered items on 17th September. Not received. Contact details are all wrong. No response to any enquiries

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't deliver the goods, ever.

Don't buy anything from this place been trying to contact them since 17th September still haven't received my order and there website has had maintenance for days.

It is a joke.

Placed order for garden products 4th September. Seasonal Home Online took payment same day. One month later, nothing delivered, phone number 01253 896572 not being answered and no response to emails.
Seasonal Home Online is apparently not registered with Companies House.
A company called Seasonal Products Online Ltd, Company no: 11393348, registered address Riverway House, Morecambe Road, Lancaster LA1 2RX, sole director Ms Suzanne Kay, has been dissolved.
There is another company called Seasonal Online Ltd, Company no: 10940038, correspondence address 15 Olympic Court, Boardmans Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool FY4 5GU, again sole director Suzanne Kay. Not clear whether this second company is still trading.
It seems likely that Seasonal Home Online has taken payment for orders that they were unable to fulfil.
That is theft in my book, but probably nothing that can be done.
