Very proactive team
The team were very proactive in managing our renewal at an uncertain time in terms of the economy and interest rates. They secured a good fixed term renewal / retention rate with our lender after completing a market review - it was smooth and hassle free and we are repayments have remain comparable for the next 2 years despite the rate rises.

Breath of fresh air......

Five‑Star support when it mattered most
I honestly can’t recommend Seico highly enough. From start to finish, the support I received was outstanding. Jamie was fantastic throughout the whole process, and Karly, my case manager, is an absolute superstar.
They managed to secure a mortgage for me when I was at my lowest point, and I’ll always be grateful for the care and understanding they showed. They were so supportive and positive, and at no point did I feel like just another client. They constantly made me feel like I was the only person that mattered.

Had a great service being continually informed of progress. Andy provided some great options that were not offered on comparison sites (saved me sizeable sum!) and the team were always quick to notify me of lenders' rate changes. Can't recommend them enough.
