Dispatch of test was unclear but contact with company to seek clarification of things very helpful and responsive. Good customer service but a bit ambiguous in their product descriptions of the actual test and the process afterwards.

Terry helped me when my email didn't go through at first I was hoping this then didn't become a scam but it was resend again in which I received the email straight away. Well done terry now fingers 🤞🏻 the rest of the paid product comes through the process so far has been pretty easy.

Appalling company do not buy
It's amazing how quickly this company's customer service replies to you until you want to refund and you're not happy with the service and then all of a sudden it's complete silence. The advertisement is completely 1000% misleading don't watch the advertisement do your research because when you do I can believe you will go anywhere else but to this company. I'm quite sure they're think I'm going to go away but believe me I will get my £40 back and I will never ever stop all over my social Media's telling the truth about this company until I do

Misleading advertising and misleading information
It’s advertising to purchase a Sensitivity Test with clear easy instructions on sending hair sample and receiving results within 3-5 days
After purchasing this Ultimate Sensitivity Test for my family, I find out that I have to also purchase the actual test as well!! What a scam, this should be illegal!!

Our tests are provided as digital tests as standard, with the option of purchasing a physical kit as an add-on. In your case, it looks like both items were added to the basket but the actual test was removed, leaving just the kit add-on. This meant the order went through incorrectly.
We can absolutely fix this for you and ensure you receive the correct test. Our team will reach out to you personally to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Great Customer service
I am not completely happy with Sensitivity Check. Their test kits upon buying them are not clear regarding postage, it also misleads people to think they will recieve their results within 3-4 days of posting back the sample.
This is all a shame. So far my experience has not been positive.
However, the customer service I have recieved from Sensitivity Check has been great, quick and clear of expectations. I appreciate the support from Cameron today on the Chat. Thank you!
