I have done quite a few of the 975 item…
I have done quite a few of the 975 item hair test and each time eliminated as many as I could from the high list for the 30 day recommended amt of time and often get better from elimination period. Kai was helpful tonight answering my questions about some foods on the list. I have reccommended this test often to friends and family who are struggling. For me, they have been a huge helpful piece alongside other treatments that I am doing to improve from the items I am sensitive to. When I am doing well, I may only have 10 or 15 foods. When I am not doing well, I could have as many as 100 foods that come back. While impossible to eliminate every single thing, I just do the best I can and many allergic responses and symptoms improve.
