I cannot recommend this company enough! They have been SO accommodating for my first ever purchase for my son, they were prepared to come in on a day they were supposed to be closed to ensure my son had the car for his birthday in time, as soon as I’ve messaged them via the website they replied within seconds and dealt with my issues so well. The car is absolutely fantastic, totally affordable and what you get for your money is incredible- especially the customer service! I won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you! I’ve used Serious-RC on a number of occasions and they have always provided great customer service. Recently an item failed, outside the warranty period and they happily accepted the mitigating circumstances and replaced the item at their cost. Items are always posted quickly and efficiently

Absolutely fantastic company, I used to do a lot of RC stuff when I was younger, I really wanted to spark an interest in it with my niece's so I purchased the mjx 16208 and 16209, what can I say two very happy girls and a very happy uncle who gets to maintain and tune their cars, prices are very fair and all upgrades and spares are available on their website

I bought an MJX 14210 car for my son for Christmas. Of course my son wanted the fastest car he could get (one that went 47mph!) being a little concerned that was too fast I went on to their live chat and had a very helpful chat about how it definitely would be too fast and I would be better going for the same model with the lower voltage battery (which goes 36mph) but has a longer run time (and is the cheaper battery). This honest conversation allayed any fears I had about ordering through an at the time unknown website. I made the order and it came through exactly in the timescale expected.

Come Christmas day my son was very pleased, until the front swing arm broke, through no fault of Serious-RC! More my son's eagerness/inexperience was what resulted in that (he's very much learned his lesson). Mike at Serious-RC was incredibly helpful in getting it resolved, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

It is very rare that I experience customer service this good that I would leave a review, but I felt that it is well deserved.

Clear and easy to use website and excellent phone support. Mike was very helpful with the couple of self made problems I encountered. His knowledge sorted them both quickly.

I’ve take the car out twice so far, first time the front axle snapped (had a spare in the box for that), the second time a rear axle bar has fallen off waiting to see if I have a spare for that.

So not the best experience, wasn’t pushing it either
