I have just been in contact with serious RC. I spoke to Mike and WOW! I have never experienced more of a helpful gentleman helping us out with the problems with our car. From start to finish we weren’t rushed, he was double checking everything and was even receiving photos from us to check everything. We were on the phone for an hour! I can’t fault the customer service at all! Thank you Mike we really appreciate it.

Great shop. I've used them several times in the last few weeks for parts. The service is excellent with shipping always being fast. Mike always has the time to answer questions and help sort out issues which has been very useful being new to the hobby!

I have bought a few cars from Serious-RC now and every time the service has been brilliant. Delivered quickly every time and if I ever need to query anything they always reply really quickly and even reply in the evening outside usual office hours. All in all a brilliant service all round

My name is Raaj. I’ve made my first purchase of mjx 10208 RC with SERIOUS RC. As im a newbie I had a lot of confusion but they helped me with each and every everything. Most important thing is instant response. Love it.

Really good, from ordering to delivery everything was quick and easy.
I had a slight problem where my order only come with 1 battery instead of 2 which it was supposed to. I rang Monday lunchtime but it went to voicemail, I didn't even leave a message, 20 minutes later they rang back and problem sorted. They sent one out the same day and it was delivered Wednesday morning.
Couldn't ask for better service and I will definitely be using them again and also highly recommend.
The rc car is also brilliant and I recommend the mjx hyper go 14209 if your after a little ripper.

Tom at serious rc is one of the most polite hopeful and understanding person you could want. Tom will take the time to talk to you what you want doing and how he can save you money, if you Ve got some spare parts he will use them to help with your build and to keep costs down,
he also talk to you about new merch, which is coming on,his website which kind of Matches your collection, is he recently has we built my mgx 10208, maybe 3 times and he has done a outstanding job I have had a great experience with this company can't fault, this guy he's great help .
