Good service when purchasing, good service months later when I was in need of a repair.

Puchased a new RC car which broke almost immediately.
After contacting SeriousRC, they helped diagnose the problem over the phone and got parts to my door the next day for me to repair it.
Will happily purchase from them again.

What a great company. Reached out, spoke to Mike about a repair on a damaged RC, Sent it to them and got it back in a few days. Plus I even sent it to the wrong address! Will defo recommend and use again.

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt I had to for this company. Have been trying to find spare parts for an RC car that I bought not really knowing about RC cars. Inevitably crashes it and had trouble finding spare parts. Sent live chat message on web site. Immediate response, asked to send pictures etc. which I sent over. Was advised which model parts were compatible with the car I have. Looked on website, found exactly what I was looking for. Again, really helpful, decent price for parts I needed. Would highly recommend this company.
