Sells items they do not have in stock

Shavers.co.uk advertises items on their web site that they do not actually have in stock. Order for Braun shaver parts £67 total. No emails, no contact at all. Money just refunded into bank with no notification. Wife noticed by chance.
What a useless company this is.
No I do not recommend Shavers.co.uk, buyers be warned, stay clear.

Very Poor Service

I ordered 2 Christmas gifts on 5th December a despite numb email from me, the items did not arrive and I have had no replies to me email other than the first one. Try poor customer service and I would strongly advise against using this company

I bought a new cleaning station for my Braun 7 series.
This was sold as a new purchase not a spare part with no Braun box, no plug no Instructions. This is clearly a spare part sale. Basically they try to fool you into buying something you are not. Absolute purposely there to misinform.
This is on its way back. The return postage will be paid by them due to their lies.
Never go near them again.
Here is an example of what rip offs they are. 3 cleaning cartridges £14.50 plus carriage. Amazon sell you 6 for £20 free delivery.
Stay away from these third party affiliations unless you want to put your hard earned in their pockets.

Avoid buy elsewhere

Ordered shaver, said 3 days for delivery week later still nothing, emailed them and was told shaver I ordered wasn't in stock can I wait another week, still nothing, after me having to get in touch with them again was told won't be in stock till the new year, would I choose another more expensive shaver or a refund, asked for refund but two weeks later still no refund. I've now passed it to my bank to get a refund.

Placed an order 2 days ago, no receipt and no order showing on account i opened. Have emailed and 24hrs later have not even bothered to reply and nothing posted.

100% wouldn’t hesitate to use again

I always check trustpilot reviews for sites I have never ordered from before, but for some reason I I didn’t this time and when I remembered I wan’t impressed with the score.
I read multiples of reviews and decided it was a mixed bag and see what happens.
The email confirmation said 1-3 days and it arrived in the 3rd working day. All in order well packed.
There wasn’t a link on the email to check the process of my order and nor did I receive a dispatch email either, but I have experienced this on multiple sites and they are usually small businesses. The fact I could pay through pay pal says it’s trustworthy for me. I haven’t had to contact customer services so I can’t comment.
The parcel was sent 48hrs Royal Mail.
No issues with the item either.
I will definitely order again from shavers

They don't keep their word

They don't keep their word. Promised 1-3 days for delivery. No sign and no word five days in and counting. Unreliable - avoid unless you enjoy stress and hassle!

Excellent service.

I recently purchased a replacement set of cutters for a Panasonic shaver.
The price was excellent and the delivery only took a couple of days.
I have used this company before and will continue to buy from them in the future, highly trusted.

Bad Quality, Bad Customer Service, AVOID!!

Purchased an Oral B replacement clock that worked for two days and then the screen went blank. Replaced the batteries and still didn’t work so emailed customer services but received no response.

Had to call to chase and was sent a QR code to return the clock; it was delivered the next day as confirmed on the Royal Mail website and 1 week later when I called to chase again I was told that it hadn’t been delivered. When I said that wasn’t true I was then told that post room couldn’t find it so to email over the proof of postage and it would be ‘looked into straight away.’ I called again 8 hours later to me told that it would be found by lunchtime the next day and someone would call me back.

This obviously didn’t happen so I called to chase again only to be told that the post room are behind (by at least a week as they clearly couldn’t find my returned clock!) and even though the parcels were put into skips by date order it still wasn’t possible to find and they were unable to refund until they work through the backlog of post and find the return - great customer service!

UPDATE - Miraculously received an email after posting this review to say that my returned parcel had been found and like many other reviewers they tried to say that it worked perfectly when tested and that they had been testing it for approximately 15 hours (I’m not sure who watched a clock for 15 hours but I’d say that it rivals watching paint dry for the worst job ever)

I was then told that the clock would be returned to me because ‘it wasn’t faulty’ so I refused and said that I wanted a refund quoting the long distance selling rules which apply even if they’re trying to pretend that it’s not faulty to which I was told that they would reduce my refund by £5 because I had opened the box! I called Citizens Advice straight away who advised that this is illegal unless it was made clear in the T&C’s that were shared when purchasing and that they would report the company to Trading Standards

There were obviously no T&C’s shared so I called Shavers.co.uk straight back and funnily enough after they ‘spoke to the manager’ I was told that I would get a full refund!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AS TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN A SIMILAR REVIEW FOR IT TO BE A COINCIDENCE

Purchased a Panasonic epilator

Purchased a Panasonic epilator. Having purchased other brands for years I have to say the Panasonic ES EL9A is so much better. I bought it because it was half price and I’m so glad I did. Arrived within 48 hours.

replace foil for razor

Ordered a replace foil for razor. 1-3 day’s delivery. Week later - no item . Emailed company they apologised it was out of stock & due to be in , in 7-10days, would then be dispatched. After 10 days I sent another email- more apologies , still not in stock.
I’ve asked for my money back. Another email apologising & promise to refund me . How long that will take, who knows!

Untrustworthy and unreliable company

Like others I placed an order for a Braun foil/ cutter based on their advertised claim of same day dispatch.
My order is still “processing “ some 6 days later and no response has been received to my chasing emails.
Clearly a company to be avoided at all costs- surely it is illegal to take money from customers for stock they do not have?

Wish I had read the reviews

Wish I had read the reviews! I ordered a replacement shaver head based on price, availability and speed of delivery. A week after it should have arrived I email, where they said it is on back order. They had already taken the money and said it will be now delivered when in stock. I asked to cancel the order and provide a refund. After chasing 3 times, still no sight of it on my credit card account. I called customer service too, who were really not very customer friendly. I ordered directly from Braun - and my item arrived the following day. I will not be a customer of shavers.co.uk again.

Delivered on time, no problem

Just to reassure you when you see the negative reviews, I ordered a replacement Braun shaver head on Wednesday afternoon, and it was delivered Monday morning - all good and on time. No problem at all.
