Avoid
Placed order on 5th May, said order would be delivered within 1 to 3 working days but waited a week before calling only to then find out item not in stock, called again over next 2 weeks and still out of stock so requested a refund and nope not had that either so had to now claim that back from credit card company, be very careful here.
Excellent service
Quite a few bad reviews on here, but my experience was far from bad, it was excellent. I ordered a new foil head for my Braun 5030s and it was the cheapest I could find. It arrived within just a few days of ordering. Excellent service and excellent price. Very happy!
Order never reach me
Maybe shop is ok, but the courier service they choose is below exceptations. No tracking, no way to contact courier, who didnt care, just left card saying that was final attempt. Shavers can choose better company to work with, not useless evri.

Oh goodness, where do I begin??? I bought a monitor from Amazon, and, when it malfunctioned a year into having it, I was able to send it for repair as it had a 2 year warrantee. It was sent to this company (I'm not sure why!) at the start of January. After 5 weeks and LOTS of chasing up, they sent a "replacement." It didn't even turn on. I couldn't re-request a returns label through Amazon, as they said their systems didn't sync. They told me to use the same label and the replacement was returned. Now we are quickly approaching May, and I still don't have a monitor. Numerous chasing up. Numerous emails.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
First and last time using this website!
Made an order for an item I needed quickly, was advised 1-3 days for delivery. I spoke to the online help desk after 5/6 days and they informed me that the item was out of stock (but they were happy to take my money). I asked for an immediate refund and again I was advised 1-3 days for the refund. It is now 18 days later and still no sign of the money being returned.
Not sure if this is even a legitimate website or if I have just been completely scammed.

Said item was in stock and it wasn't. Lied about delivery dates. Then stopped contact and ignored emails when asking for a refund. Avoid this website at all costs!
They say it's in stock when it isn't!
Ordered 13/01, still not delivered, they gave false dates on when it would be dispatched but it still hasn't. They don't keep you up to date, just reply when you next nag 🙄
no refund on cancelled shaver item…
Ordered a foil and cutter for an old Braun shave however after 14 days nothing arrived, was told on the backorder after a further period emailed again and was told no news, so asked for the order to be canceled and refund the £18.99 told it would take up to 7 days but nothing arrived have now sent 2 further emails but this time no response. Getting a bit uneasy so will be contacting the Consumer Association, Which, as I'm a member includes free unlimited legal support.
So based on this experience to date, Buyer be aware seems to be the order of the day. if this changes I will update these comments.
Update have now received a refund it took 16 days so now all well

Excellent service - repaired old electric shaver
Excellent service, great communication - repaired old electric shaver. My partner's Braun electric shaver stopped charging after he'd owned it for about 4+ years. I contacted Shavers about service & repair, as we were reluctant to buy a new one and they have been great. I posted it off to them, they quickly diagnosed the issue, gave it a full service & repair and posted it back. I gave to my partner as an extra xmas present and they were so good he didn't believe it was the same one. They had wrapped it up as if it was brand new. Very reasonable price and always pleased to know that things are repairable and you don't just have to buy new! Highly recommend! :)

Good prices and a UK based company instead of a giant corporation like Amazon which I liked. Received my shaver on time and with good customer service. I got a reply and received my delivery as originally stated. Shout out to Philippa who was prompt and helpful in her responses.
Selling items without having stocks
I ordered a Philips HD9270/91 Essential XL Air Fryer on 7 Oct 2022 and the website indicated that it would be delivered within 4 days. Although it has been 3 days of purchasing it the item was not even dispatched. I tried to contact them but no response. Tried 'Live Chat' and was told (quoting) "Unfortunately, due security reasons we were unable to release the order. It has been cancelled.
Very sorry we couldn't complete the order." Is that a joke?! They could have told the truth which is that the item was out of their stocks and they did not update their stocks on time. If there is any security reason you could cancel the order immediately of ordering it. Shame. not recommended

Problem Sorted Out
Initially Impossible to contact but turns out they were on holiday and simply a phone setting error resulting in incorrect message being given.
Phoned again next morning, phone answered immediately and issue resolved within minutes. So my review amended - mistakes can always be made but this one understandable and fully resolved.
Glad to see the previous good service still exists.
