Had an issue with the order details getting lost on our system. Customer support was excellent to send new info. Easy to find and download of assembly instructions as well. Order delivered ahead of schedule and delivery guy really helpful and patient. Product quality as expected. Job done!

Good equipment, well packaged, excellent delivery driver

On time delivery; good product; easy to assemble. Only negative is the price has gone up significantly since last purchase a couple of years ago.

The service was great when ordering and communicating delivery dates. The delivery turned up outside of the timeslot we were given, by 2 hours, and the shelving was dumped on the street and left unattended by the driver while we rushed to the building

Julie Edwards from your customer services team was fantastic in arranging re-delivery of my order she's an absolute STAR! What wasn't so great was that when I unboxed my three lever arch filing racks the corner of one was bent and the enamel paint finish cracked. It must have had quite a bash. There was no point in complaining as I assumed Shelving Direct would rely on their terms and conditions that require inspection at point of delivery. This would have been a bit hard when the courier had done a runner before I'd even touched the boxes. The outer box showed no signs of damage but the packing materials inside the box were almost non existent. Moral of this story, unpack your goods inspect them and don't let the courier leave until you've done so (good luck with that!)

I ordered RAX 2 shelving for my garage. It was delivered within 7 days. The driver was very helpful in moving the racking (palletized) into a suitable spot.
It was easy to assemble (for two people) and is very strong and secure now that it's up.

Received my order within the stated delivery time.
The shelving was easy to erect, although it took a little longer than the time on the instructions. The metal frame has an excellent finish, no rough edges.

I had to chase the depot to get the delivery. They should have delivered it within the stated time frame
The shelving arrived but had water damage [Probably left out for some time which is why it was a late delivery] We had to cut each shelf to make it fit as the water had expanded each one

The product is absolutely first rate - far superior to other types of shelving I bought in the past from other suppliers. Clear instructions, easy to assemble, rigid and everything slots in without any struggle - no bent pieces, things fit one-way only (so quite idiot-proof) and it also looks good. HEAVY - but that too is a plus point. Finally, I think it is all very good value, expecially when considering the quality and expected longevity of the product.
