No notification as to when we would see the items that we ordered. It took a phone call from me, over a week after the order to chase. Strangely, the last part of the order came into stock the day I called and it was sent the next day. What a coincidence!!

Great products picked up from the factory - well packed and organised - service with a smile.

Delivery was sooner than stated , racking went together like a dream. Would highly recommend.

A repeat purchase as we have had excellent service and prompt delivery on each occassion.

I didn't get what I wanted, when I phoned to change it, I was told "what do you want me to do about it?"

I wanted 450mm deep shelves, was told they don't do these and only 600mm deep, which is what I got. They have 450mm shelves in their website.

To get my money back, I would have to return at my own expense and there would be a 15% handling fee.

Rock solid well designed shelves. Superior to flimsy Amazon products I looked at. Excellent customer service, and kept me well informed of delivery date, etc. Highly recommended.

The products (so far) seem fine. But the customer service is poor. I ordered with a 7 day lead time. 21 days later (whilst in another country) i was told it had dispatched. This was expressly after the order form requesting calling to arrange a delivery time. This was ignored. I had to arrange someone to wait in the house for the delivery, and then only half turned up. No idea when the rest will arrive. Shelvingdirect, please read requests from your customer. Some of us are not companies with warehouses where deliveries can be accepted at any time

Price seemed a bit on the high side but when the shelving arrived realised that the quality of the product was excellent and worth every penny. Easy to assembly, even able to do it singlehanded. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shelving Direct

The racking suddenly appeared at 5pm on a wet afternoon with no prior warning.

On contacting customer services all I got was "that's unusual" and a mild apology.

The racking is good and solid, but how disappointing they can't organise their admin and customer support.
