Excellent shelving and perfect for my needs although the connections were too tight so had to manually widen to fit together fully.

I ordered some heavy duty Rax 1 deep racking for our garage from Shelving Direct & I am very pleased with it. The product is very good quality & I perfect for what we needed. They were the only company I could find that sold that type of racking in blue & white, not the usual orange & blue. The prices were very competitive compared to the other company’s selling similar products & the delivery was prompt. I have since ordered some more bespoke individual items from them to create a workbench out of the bits I had left over from the original order. Their customer service & sales team were very helpful guiding me through this as I wasn’t aware you could purchase all elements separately. Would definitely recommend Shelving Direct.

This is the third time we have used this company and every time the service has been excellent and the product is of excellent quality and packaged securely so it arrives in perfect condition.

An all round well engineered product, I will be getting some more of it in due course.

It's not strength enough...for the cost we paid

The Rax Value shelving is of significantly better quality than cheaper alternatives, which I have purchased before. It is also great to buy a British manufactured product. The assembly instructions are very clear and straightforward. The shelf support bars fit together VERY tightly, which is good, but it means that considerable force with the mallet is required to assemble the framework, which can cause some damage to the bars.

Had a query about my order and it was sorted instantly. Very fast delivery and they are exactly what i needed.
I’ll have no hesitation in using Shelvingdirect again in the future.

Good delivery time. The only downside was the high cost of delivery to the Isle of Wight. Perhaps a better search for a freight company might have got a 5 star review.

Very helpful and quick service. When we made a mistake on our order this was rectified efficiently and with minimum fuss. Only suggestion would be to include free returns as part of the service.

The whole process from order to delivery ran very smoothly, lead times were accurate and everything happened as it was supposed to.
