The order took to long to arrive(ordered 09/05 delivered 22/05) and then the delivery was a nightmare, driver unloaded onto a narrow roadway in the lashings of rain, he then promptly drove off leaving the road blocked and I had drivers get a little irrate as I tried to unload a very heavy pallet, half way through I was finally able to manage pull pallet off road unto pavement so the cars could pass.

Shipping charge was excessive to get to me due to being on an Island. Other than that the product is excellent and just as expected.

Haven't received what I ordered. Very difficult to make phone calls at work so I haven't chased the order yet. Very disappointed as it was for my fathers 90th birthday & not cheap

I bought the Rax 1 Galvanized Heavy Duty Steel Shelving. Fantastic product and easy to build. Shelves are adjustable. They can improve communication once the order is placed.

After having being let down badly by another supplier I needed to find a suitable replacement very quickly. I called at 8.30am one day and spoke with Julie who was very helpful in checking stock and confirming availability. I placed a large order and received the goods the following morning. All packaged perfectly and delivered with care. Can’t rate the experience highly enough and the product itself is extremely well produced and of the highest quality. I couldn’t have hoped for any better.

Having placed an order online the staff were quick to contact us to confirm that the order was actually what we required - it was not! They then assisted us in securing the correct shelving pack.
WIthout their diligence we would have ended up with the wrong pack, very frustrated and having to send it back.
Thanks for your help - the shelves we now have are great and what we wanted!
