Recieved shoes I’ve had these exact shoes a few times previously from other sellers. Their shoes lasted a few months, opposed to the competitors that lasted me a few years. I suspect they’re selling counterfeits or heavily seconded shoes. Won’t return or honor warranty. Will have to chargeback. Avoid this company.

I've only seen bad reviews about this site, which made me doubt the authenticity of the place. However, after placing my order, the item shipped in the next two business days, according to their policy. I ordered on a Friday, and it was shipped the following Tuesday. The item arrived on Thursday, and it was exactly what I ordered: a discontinued, hard -to-find, new Jacket, which I got for with a great discount using a promo code. In other words, I'm pleased with this site. I imagine most people placing reviews are just the ones who have had bad experiences, so I wanted to balance things out a bit. I would 100% buy something from this site again.

Ordered Sketcher slides, only place online that I found the specific style that I needed. Instead, I received Easy Spirit sandals shipped in a Sketchers box. I returned them, but firstbcontacted Customer Service to advise that I should not be charged $ 8.95 for "return shipping" when they did not fulfill the order correctly. We'll see how long it takes for a refund and how much they refund. I should have looked at reviews before ordering. Did not give them a second chance, this is a first and last time order.

It's scam for sellers, You do not enter there as a seller, they only draw you orders that you have to pay and they freeze money that you invest in that I think that I will not be able to get money that is already there, they have nothing to do with Tesco

Completley incorrect goods recevied. Trying to contact them is useless.

Ordered a pair of shoes with he same Brandname (New Balance), style(sneakers with a crossover fastening), and size (12 Wide). Shoes sent are too tight and the crossover straps are too short. They do not look to be a genuine New Balance product. Hope to get a full refund soon.

Terrible experience. Took 10 days to receive my order. Long wait times for refund. Runaround from customer service. Lies about about how long it takes to process refunds. I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks for refund. Still waiting. I get a different answer each time I call. Will never use Shoemall.com again!

I ordered mens sketcher shoes and received wrong size, I returned and they received on JUNE 7TH and said 10 days to get my refund here it is the 20th of JUNE and no refund yet. Would never buy from again.

I purchased two pairs of shoes and used one of their coupons. A week later they canceled my order because the price was too low they said. I talked to a supervisor and was told they reserve the right do what they wanted. I couldn’t believe it.

I ordered from ShoeMall but through Amazon. Shipping was doing fine until today when I got a message from Amazon saying that FedEx SmartPost was not able to deliver the package. No where did ShoeMall ever state that there had to be a signature for the item to be delivered. The purpose in having something shipped to your home is so you don't have to go to the store to pick it up. So now I have to drive 30 miles to my FedEx Hub just to pick up the order. Buyer beware!

If I could leave zero stars I would. They sent me some shoes I didn't order. The old bait and switch, a photo of some shoes different than what you are sent by them. Steel toed shoes that look different than what I ordered. Im not allowed to wear steel toed shoes at my job. Not cool. You won't find any return option on their website. RUN!

I guess I should have read the reviews on this company before I ordered. The shoes did not fit and they were returned promptly. After many attempts to get a refund to no avail. I then received the shoes back after 8 months later. Customer service stated that I waited too long to return. Where have these shoes been for 8 months? Worst service that I have ever encountered. Never, never buy from this company again!!

I think I got fake knockoffs of the normal shoe I get. Or the quality has gone way down. I get the same work boot’s every 1-2 years. Never had a problem before but this year when I got the boots they start falling apart after only a few months. I contacted shoe mall and they only offered a 60 day return. Last pair I will purchase from shoe mall.

I was really hesitant to shop at ShoeMall after reading reviews here, but they were the only retailer with the shoes I wanted available in my size. My transaction was flawless. I ordered a pair of sandals from a brand I've worn before, so I wasn't anticipating any fit or quality issues. The shoes arrived within a week, nicely packaged, and without any issues (brand new, never worn, no scuffs or marks). I'm very pleased with ShoeMall and will shop there again.

Worst shoe company I have ever ordered from. I returned two pair of shoes. I did not receive my refund for one pair until six weeks later. Regarding the second pair, I received no refund. I have spoken to customer service a number of times but, to know avail. I am never to see my refund. Goodbye forever to ShoeMall.

Worst customer service ever. They made the mistake and shipped it to the wrong address but would not give me a refund or reship it to the correct address. Worst company ever. Shop at Amazon. You will receive much better customer service. The rep stated the company made the mistake and the manager scolded him for saying the truth. What a joke. I will not ever recommend this company nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

Very poor customer service. I never got my product, and company refused to issue refund even though shipment 10 days late. Kept telling me to "give it a few more days." Don't buy from them!

Took forever to ship, almost 3 months. Shoe sizes do not run true! Ordered a size bigger than normal, but still too small. They have to be returned. They charge $9 to return the shoes. Absolute scam. Avoid at any cost.

ZERO stars if I could! HOW DOES SHOEMALL GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING SHOPPERS?!? Same story as noted many times, placed order on 11/22/2022 for item PRETENDING to be IN-STOCK then immediately after order email confirmation received we get another email stating UGG shoes on BACKORDER NOT EXPECTED TO SHIP UNTIL JANUARY 20th?!? Paid with PayPal and UNABLE TO CANCEL until the order is completely entered into SHOEMALL's system!! After waiting 30 min on hold, the CS rep just told me to try calling back 2-4 days later to CANCEL?!? ARE YOU FRICKIN' KIDDING ME?!? SHOEMALL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD!!!
