Ordered a pair of shoes from Modarect, via an ad on Facebook, 3 weeks ago and they have not arrived. It took two weeks to get a FedEx tracking number, then the delivery date passed and my delivery status was reset to no delivery date available. Modarect also removed the ability for me to comment on their ad on Facebook. I've been ripped off for nearly $50! Do not buy from this company. They are a scam!

I recently shopped at UJAGON NEWS I think I got scammed ordered a leaf spring hanger was given two different tracking numbers neither one was delivered to me Beware of this site bad business!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. They are marketing to Americans. Their items are delivered from”San Francisco” but really are coming from CHINA. They expect you to PAY FOR any return shipping to CHINA. NOT San Francisco. THIS IS A SCAM. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SO CHEAP, TRASHY. Stay far, far, away.

Modarect.com is not a trustworthy website/company. They do not adhere to their own return policy for goods received defective/damaged. They have refused to take the goods received damaged back and refused a refund, customer service rarely responds to social media inquiries and does not respond to emails at all. They do not stand behind the products they sell, and products not even second quality merchandise (meaning they should have been discarded due to substandard manufacturing)

Ordered via Facebook online some Keen shoes on July 2. They claimed they shipped via China Post to deliver Aug 12 BUT NEVER received per USPS or my Arlo video. Sent several emails and they responded saying the shoes were delivered. BUT the shoes were never received

Item never arrived, can't contact them, even I try to speak with someone on life chat, asking stupid questions like; what to check, whst order, what you want....etc and that hang...grrr lost over £40

Fraud company. Stay away.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They must be paying big time for their ads on facebook and google Useless moldy item received not the 6 I ordered. NEVER NEVER use this site

This shop didn't deserve even one star. I bought two shoe racks and they never arrived. Do not trust them. I am very upset.

It's a scam I never received my order and I have been calling them and I emailed them several times to cancel and refund no one has replied back since August 14th 2020

I should have known that for $29.99 I was never going to receive a Handheld battery operated chainsaw. Funny though I received a chainsaw chain, of absolutely no use without the chainsaw. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Do not order anything from them. It took over 3 months to receive the items I ordered, and then when they finally arrived, it was not what I ordered. The shoes were meant to be from the brand Blowfish, and I got some knock off brand that is horrible quality.
Whatever you do, do NOT give them your business.

Absolutely the worst service . 4 months and still no shoes. They are horrible to deal with and have no intent of refunding or sending the item I purchased.

I ordered some shoes on May 24,2020, about a week later I contacted them because of no shipping confirmation. They told me it was in the works and to please be patient. On June 4th, 2020 I sent them an email requesting the order to be canceled and a refund issued, no response. On June 11th, after sending daily emails for cancellation and refund request, I contacted PayPal to have them mediate this issue for me, luckily they came through and got this company to give me my money back. Please stay away from this people.

I order a swing chair on the 6 of July and have not got it. I tried to call, the number does not work. Sent e-mails, they where return. No way to find out where my product is or get my money. I given them a zero
