So angry at myself for falling for this scam. Shoes never arrived and now some scam artist has my credit card info.

I had the same experience with receiving knock off Blowfish shoes. I emailed them and threatened to report to better business bureau, only to be responded after a week and and in very broken English saying that that are delayed due to COVID and stuck in customs.

These are fraudsters!!!
Bought a graphic card from the website and did not get any shipping information from them. I emailed them several times with no response.
You guys would get what is coming to you sooner than later.

Item Not Received. jiiiv.com send me a fake tracking number and ‘something’ was delivered to a persons a province always front door. The customer service does not respond. Issues a dispute through my credit card.

I too have had a horrible experience with this criminal company, Jiiv.com. I ordered 3 pairs of the Blowfish Mamba shoes and I waited 2 months to receive whatever these knock off versions are. They are not wearable, they smell, they aren’t even well made. I contacted the company with an irate email, told them how deceitful and unprofessional they were to have done this. I did inform them that I will be contacting the better business bureau and my credit card company to report them as fraudulent. Hopefully they will receive the proper consequences for doing this to people.

Disgusting. This company is a rip off. Do not use them. My order did not arrive and now they are ignoring my calls and emails. Total scammers

I can't believe I was stupid enough to order from an online company advertised on Facebook without reading these reviews first. My story is like most of the others here. My two pairs of shoes took about 3 months to arrive and were very cheap knockoffs - NOT the Blowfish Mamba shoes I ordered. They smell horrific and are not even wearable. I am furious and there is absolutely nothing I can do. I know I'll never see the refund I requested. I'm mad at myself, but even more mad that none of us have any recourse. How do those people sleep at night?? I wish them all the misery in the world.

What I ordered: a pair of cowboy boots to wear with my wedding dress..
What I got: hooker shoes.
I had to email asking for information, they sent me a tracking number almost immediately. I waited about six weeks, but I saw progress with tracking and knew they should be on time.
Here I am now, less than 3 weeks away from my wedding and I received the shoes, I knew they were wrong by the package, it wasn’t big enough. i got bright red ankle boots that looked like something a cheap hooker would wear. Definitely not wedding appropriate. I spent over $100 on the boots.. I emailed for a refund and to send back their disgusting boots, and nothing. Now I’m out $100 and no shoes for my wedding. I’m so pissed. Never again.

They are scam artists who will take your money and that's the last time you'll hear of them.
They have changed their email twice since I placed an order (I know this as I have tried to contact them to ask where my order is) and have provided a false tracking number. How the heck this 'company' is still allowed to advertise is beyond me.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered two pairs of blowfish shoes on May 8th and I am still waiting for them. I have emailed several times asking to cancel my order and a refund. They tell me they have been shipped. All I see is that they are sitting in CA. I imagine if I ever receive them they will be fake like the rest of the reviews I have read. Shut this company down. I would give it negative stars if I could. Terrible customer service too.

I ordered a pair of blowfish shoes from this company or what I thought were blowfish shoes. It took 2 months to be delivered and when I received them they were cheap knockoffs. If I could rate them as no stars I would . They are false advertising to the best degree ..the picture on their website showed authentic Blowfish brand sneakers . Something needs to be done about this company

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from JIIIV. Took a long time to arrive but eventually they did. Sizes were too big, and one pair wasn’t even what I ordered.
I immediately contacted them and was told to send them back (at my cost) for a refund. Trouble was, they refuse to tell me where to send them. I asked multiple times and all they respond with is, ‘send back for a refund’. The website says you need to contact them for the address on where to send them, but then they won’t tell you.

I have emailed this company trying to track my order - Rotating Shoe Holder - but have had no response. Disgusting service!! Are they for real??

I ordered 2 pair of Blowfish shoes from JIIIV. Ordered May 31st. Horrible tracking process. Just arrived July 21st. They are cheap, fake knockoffs. They didn’t even try to fake the label. Just nothing. They are hard, flat, and look nothing like I ordered. I tried to go back to the Facebook page to pull up the picture and everything has disappeared. They should be shut down. I would give zero stars if it were an option

Ordered two pairs of very cute looking shoes (2020 Blowfish shoes) from the jiiiv website on 05/02. Just received them today (07/20), after three emails to customer service asking where my order was. I was “urged” to contact USPS to hurry my shipping up. But, magically, after my 3rd email, I finally got my package - two pairs of cheaply made, no foot support (at all, seriously), cardboard flat shoes. The picture on their website is the equivalent to a photoshopped model of these shoes. They are no where as cute, very uncomfortable, and a complete rip off. Buyer beware - trust the reviews on here and do not order from this company - they are a complete scam!

Same thing happened to me...ordered Blow Fish tennies and got the cheapest knockoffs ever😡 Is there anything that can be done to shut this place down???

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would echo what everyone else is saying on here. I ordered the 2020 Blowfish New Spring Arch Support Shoes cs Flat Heels Round Toe, size 6-6.5 from the jiiiv.com site. What I received was a cheap knockoff - they don't even pretend to put the Blowfish logo on there. The shoes fit my daughter who wears a 7-7.5. When I asked for a refund, they said they would accept the return and process the refund after receiving the item ("could take up to 30 days"). They wouldn't supply a pre-paid shipping label. It would cost me more to ship them back to China than I paid for the shoes so now I'm stuck with knockoff shoes that don't fit. NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order May 31st and just received them today. Communication for tracking was awful. To the pount where I didn't actually expect to get the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered. I almost wish I hadn't. They were too big and super thin. They feel like cheap costume material. I went to Fred Meyer's and happend to find real Blowfish shoes. Trying to send them back but they are trying to get me to sell them and get a 30% off coupon to get me to buy from them again. Never going to happen. Learned my lesson. Out $56.00. SCAM!!!

Shipping took forever, but did eventually arrive. The shoes I ordered were advertised as Blowfish shoes with pictures of authentic Blowfish sneakers. When they arrived they were knockoffs. Definitely not as pictured. Materials are substandard and ran large. They don't look awful, but were not authentic like I thought. I didn't realize these were being shipped from China either. The company led customers to believe these were authentic and in stock in the US. I will wear them but I wouldn't repurchase or suggest others use this company.
