The shipping is fast. Clothes are a good quality.

Inaccurate sizing, runs unusually small. And they only issue returns in the form of a gift card, which you must use within one year if you still wish to buy poorly sized clothes by them. Does not allow returns to original form of payment or any other way. Ultimately a total loss of money.

I love this company. The clothes are always so cute and such good quality.

They have really cute clothing, cannot go wrong there. The only downside is the turnover time from making a purchase and the package being delivered, it takes a couple of weeks. They are great with returns though! Love this store.

Atrocious lack of customer service. All of the sizes were incorrect. And apparently you can’t make returns. Absolute scam. Going to go nuts with bad feedback on IG.

My daughter found a homecoming dress on this site which I purchased. When we received it was not what she had hoped for and was too large. I paid $59.99 for dress and after the returns process which included me paying for return shipping and I am assuming some re-stocking fee, was sent an email letting me know I had a store credit for $33.73 which is only good for a year.
Today is the day after Christmas and I decided to see what sale items this store has because I do not want to let them take my store credit. They have a BIG BANNER at top of site that says “50% OFF EVERYTHING ENDS IN 3h 25m 24s USE CODE: AFTERXMAS.” I found a few items, placed in my cart, added the code and immediately got an error message that read: "AFTERXMAS discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart.” If you are having a 50% of EVERYTHING sale, why are there excluded items? This store is such a scam, it rly is. I do not think I will use my credit and this store basically stole my money. STAY AWAY and use a store that has honest policies. All of the positive reviews of this store have got to be fake. There is no way they are legit.

The best that could be done was done. Highly intelligent customer service I still feel weaseled just have to better ascertain myself next time there is a concern or complaint.

Terrible I’ve been trying to get into contact for an order that was made by accident and I reached out right away and they have given me no answer at all.

Great company the clothes amazing the shipping everything it’s great

Inaccurate advertising and no refunds.
My sister and I ordered a tip from this site that was shown on the 5’10” model to be a full length tank top. We ordered a size small which we were expecting to fit as a full length shirt seeing as we are only 5’3” and the size small on the model was full length.
The product we received looks exactly like a sports bra, not even long enough to be considered a crop tank too let alone a full length tank top. As we went to return it we learned they do not do refunds and only take returns in exchange for store credit, but not only that, they also take out the cost of the return label from the store credit. So this $20+ shirt we ordered that did not match the picture, they would only return in exchange for $4 dollars of store credit.
This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Would never recommend anyone spending their money here!

I ordered a simple cami top from shop priceless. Mindy Cami Top. Looked like it would be a nice basic piece. The model shown in the photo was listed at
5’ 9” wearing a size small. I am 5’ 4” for reference and also ordered a small. Well, despite the top covering the entire torso of the model in the photos, what I received was a bra. Not even a shirt, only coming two inches past the bust.
I tried to return, but be advised they only do store credit, and defunct the cost of the shipping label. For the $14 top, I could only receive $4 in store credit.
Be weary of return policy but also that in my experience, the product does not match what is advertised.
Wish I had read some reviews before ordering!

Would not recommend. Return policy is ridiculous. 1.) Kept my pants for “white pant on the bottom” but never showed me a picture and I wasn’t near any white paint. 2.) they don’t provide full “store credit” for an item they listed as One size. I’m typically a size small and it didn’t even fit me! It was a $71 “pearl crop top” and they gave me $51 store credit and won’t return my emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!

Absolutely love all the clothing from Priceless! The quality of the clothing is impeccable and will actually last a long time. My only issue is I wished they would offer size x-small especially in pants but other than that 10 out of 10 overall experience!!
