Waterproofing membrane around tray
Waterproofing membrane which sealed around the edge of tray is excellent, that makes perfect seal all around the shower walls so in case of sealant failure water won’t leak down to ceiling or floor.
The only problem on installation I came across was leveling , base was plywood perfectly leveled I tried to use adhesive to stick on board but because of waterproofing membrane bottom of the tray was uneven so there was a bit time consuming to put it perfectly level position.

We do confirm on the delivery confirmation that assistance is required, as all of our deliveries are kerbside only. Unfortunately, our drivers are not insured to enter properties, including flats, which is why we must deliver to the nearest accessible kerbside point. For heavier or larger goods, we always recommend making arrangements beforehand to ensure safe handling of the items.

We have ordered a shower tray
We have ordered a shower tray, however now 2 weeks later and the tray still hasn't arrived, (despite the website saying they are in stock) many phone calls to Shower trays company with a serious lack of customer service or any kind of answer as to when we can expect our £600 shower tray. My advice is to avoid this company, ignore the website nothing is in stock! They have no idea or just do not care about your order.

Toilet I ordered arrived broken
Toilet I ordered arrived broken. Not surprising considering the packaging it came in was not fit for purpose. Just a toilet pan in a cardboard box with zero protection. No air filled protection bubble protection whatsoever. Worse thing they did nothing to rectify the issue either. So I ordered a new toilet from another company that did add the extra packaging to protect the item with zero delivery cost to me too!
Despite their response to this email declaring so, the issue was never rectified, neither promptly or otherwise.

Wrong size prezented at web page compare to real basin size 570 in real was 545, time waste to drive so far especially for this size item when I had 545 @ next door shop.
