Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
I am sorry to hear you have not had a positive delivery experience for your order.
We take great pride in our delivery service, however due to the nature of the items there are sometimes damages on rare occasions.
Whilst we do stock an extensive range of products, we also rely on a number of suppliers for items that are not held in our warehouse, on this occasion this was sent directly from our supplier.
Having reviewed this I can see you emailed into us on the 12th January to confirm the damage and the replacement was delivered to you within a couple of working days.
I appreciate this doesn't change whats happened but we did rectify the issue promptly and quickly.
Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

not complete order
Placed an order on the 17th December 2024 for several items shower tray ,wall panels shower enclosure with side panel order arrived after Christmas as agreed but no side panel for shower enclosure told it would be in mid January everything installed and still waiting for side panel so have had no shower now for several weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear there was a stock issue with the product you ordered.
Whilst we do stock an extensive range of products, we also rely on a number of suppliers for items that are not held in our warehouse. Unfortunately, on these occasions, we can only pass on the information we receive regarding lead time. The item you were waiting for I can see was delivered 2 days after this review was placed.
We had to wait for a large shipment and it was delayed which is something we have no control over.
We did contact you swiftly to let you know of the delay.
Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery was very swift and the driver was very helpfull the shower base and glass panel were brilliant order went in on a sunday and it was deliverd on the tuesday

The whole process
The whole process of choosing, buying and receiving the shower tray was very easy. I was kept well informed all through except for the timing of delivery, it arrived about 7.30 am which suited us but it could have been useful to know the time. The shower tray is good quality and look forward to getting it fitted.

Great Customer Service
The company had good variety of stock and at a better price than I could find elsewhere. The items also came promptly. What really made them stand out was the customer service. They responded to my queries quickly and went above and beyond to solve my issues politely and easily. I would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Excellent Customer Service
I was able to find a 3 sided shower enclosure which is harder than you would think to suit my bathroom! All arrived ok and looks great now it has been fitted. The customer service were excellent and able to make sure delivery would be on a day that suited me to receive the delivery.
