We take great pride in the service we provide, and so it is extremely disappointing to hear you are dissatisfied with the service received.
Having looked into your order I can see that the delay in receiving your delivery was due to an issue with our courier, who unfortunately didn't notify ourselves there was a problem on this occasion.
As soon as they confirmed the products had been damaged in transit, a replacement order was raised with the mirrors now being delivered directly from our suppliers, in order to try and save time.
This was then immediately communicated to yourself via the email address provided on your order. That said, we take your feedback on board fully, and recognise on this occasion our usual levels of communication perhaps fell short up until this point.
Our suppliers have advised that the mirrors should actually have been delivered on 21/09. I will email you my contact details so that I can assist you in resolving any outstanding issues, should the above not be the case.
Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Great service. We have tricky delivery instructions and although these didn’t come through on the form when I ordered, the lady on the live chat was extremely helpful and the driver was excellent too. Thank you.

Let me pay for order when I phoned up week later wanting confirmation of delivery date they said would check then called back to say the item isn’t available anymore. Did refund money though so extra star

It is with regret we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion.
Offering the best possible service is of the utmost importance to us, and so we would never willingly take payment for items that we are aware can no longer be supplied.
It is quite possible that the item in question was confirmed to be available with one of our suppliers, prior to yourself making payment.
We offer an extensive range of products, not all of which can be physically stocked, and so do naturally rely on information provided by various suppliers.
If you could please provide an order number, I would be more than happy to investigate further in order to try and identify ways our service could potentially be improved further?

Corner trim strip missing
Kartell winged corner trim (SKU: WP330) was completely missed from the delivery despite other Kartell pieces being delivered and despite acknowledgement still hasn't arrived. Had to source form elsewhere and messed the job up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry that on this occasion we have fallen below our expected standard of customer service.
It is with regret that your order initially arrived with a missing item, the order was sent directly from our supplier.
Having investigated this matter I can see a replacement order for the corner trim was raised as soon as we were notified this had not been received, and again this was to be delivered directly from our suppliers, as the quickest way to arrange delivery to yourself.
We did receive proof of delivery from our supplier including a signature to advise this had been successfully delivered on 13/09.
We rely on information from our suppliers, I can only apologise if this isn’t the case, but to our knowledge, this was resolved promptly.
I will email you my contact details so that I can assist you in resolving any outstanding issues.
Once again, I apologise that our expected customer service has fallen below our standards and hope that we can encourage you to purchase from us again so that we can demonstrate our high standards.

Unfortunately our website isn’t fully stock controlled at the moment, however we do work alongside a number of suppliers who are able to provide stock levels that will update on our site throughout the day.
On this occasion the product you ordered isn’t from a supplier who are currently able to provide the above information. With this in mind we were only notified of the stock discrepancy at the point of your order.
I can see that as soon we were made aware, a member of our sales team were in touch to advise the current lead time was 2-3 weeks. As this was not suitable a full refund was physically processed the following day, via PayPal. This was actually actioned by myself, with the transaction showing on the 5th September.
I am very sorry we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion.

Late delivery
to be fair the problem wasn't entirely with Shower Trays UK, I guess it was the courier?
I ordered some waterproof wet room membrane that was being delivered direct from the supplier, It didn't turn up on time and it was a week late. this delayed my project which annoyed the customer and cost me money in terms of time lost. There has been no goodwill gesture interns of compensation, a credit note or voucher from either the manufacturer, the courier or Shower Trays UK.

From having looked into your order, I can see the order was due to be delivered directly by our supplier after damage caused an initial delay to your delivery. We requested for an urgent delivery in order not to delay you any further, to which the supplier did provide their quickest delivery timeframe, but sadly a next day delivery was not an option.
In regards to compensation, we do not cover consequential loss. We do advise not to book in tradesmen until you have received the goods and have confirmed they are fit for purpose. This is something that we advise online and has been advised to you by our director that you spoke with. Unfortunately, delays can occur and damages in transit are possible due to the nature of the products we sell. These are things that are out of our control when using a courier or third party delivery service.
I appreciate your frustration and I can assure you we never intend to delay a customers delivery. I can only apologise that a delay did occur in the instance of your order. I hope you do choose to shop with us again, so we can provide the high level of service we always aim for.

I am sorry to read you have not had a positive experience shopping with us. Having looked into this, I can see damage was reported outside of the 30 day window from when your goods were delivered. Despite this, as the goods were delivered by our supplier we did contact them to see if there was anything they could do in regards to a replacement. Sadly, they have the same stance as us as they too have a 30 day policy.
I can see a member of our sales team explained the reason for not providing a free of charge replacement, and offered a discounted replacement. Unfortunately, the product was out of stock with our supplier for 3 weeks meaning we were unable to deliver within the time you needed.
I am sorry that we have not met your expected standard of service. Our policies are in place which are available to view prior to purchase and we do advise to check over the delivery as soon as possible so any issues can be resolved. I do believe we were courteous with our responses and did suggest a resolution to help you out, but I do of course respect your views. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future.

Avoid this company.
Be very careful what you buy off this company. I bought a shower riser kit and when I opened the box I realised the shower head was too big for the installation. As the company sell this head separately I called to see how I could swap it. The customer advisor stated that returns are not possible as the box had been opened. The riser kit arrived in a large carboard box. How was I supposed to check the contents without opening the box. Take my advice and look elsewhere.

Having looked into this I can't see any phone calls or email correspondence from you since delivery was made. Unfortunately, as I can't confirm exactly what was said to you in regards to returning or purchasing an alternative shower head, I am unable to explain in further detail why this may not have been possible.
We do request for items to remain un-opened an in the original packaging as we have to be able to re-sell this in a brand new condition. This is within our returns policy. Where the products have been opened, it is down to our discretion to confirm whether the goods would be accepted back depending on our ability to resell this.
As I cannot see the communication between yourself and our sales team, I can't confirm the reason why your return would have been rejected. If you do require any further information, please do let us know.

Not great. Especially after they flagged this review because they didn't like it.
Delivery is expensive, not particularly quick and then you have to help the lone delivery driver carry the heavy items. I wouldn't have minded if delivery was free.
It seems to show disrespect to UK H&S laws. This delivery should have been risk assessed and if it had it should have been a two man delivery - I've paid less for two man delivery. Or they did risk assess it and decided it does need two men and the second person can be the the unpaid recipient who will work for them for free as otherwise they'll take the item back to the warehouse?
Item is sent directly from the supplier so maybe shower trays just don't care? Maybe all they are is a platform for sellers, a shower tray eBay if you like?
Overall I feel like they took my money, gave me a good product but as they did so they were giving me hand gestures behind my back.

“Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload. Delivery is made to curb side / ground floor only”. You can be assured the welfare of all parties is always of the utmost importance to us.

Great product fast delivery, value for money, ease to speak to staff was of great help, only reason I haven't given a 5 * was the delivery company they use , delivery driver was rude and arrogant, extremely unhelpful to disabled elderly parents who just wanted to ask a few questions, change the courier then I would rate 5*

The product is not clearly mentioned . It's very misleading.i refused to take delivery. My money has not been refunded after calling the shower tray for refund I was told that 25%money will be deducted. This is ver wrong on their part as the fault lies with shower tray.

Having looked into this, I can see the order was processed to be delivered directly by our supplier. The goods received were as ordered, as the product you purchased did not include a basin and we do not advertise this as such.
We aim to exceed our customers expectations and I am disappointed to hear we have not done so. I do believe our advertising is accurate along with fees being clearly displayed on our website, within the terms and conditions of sale section. This is available to view prior to purchase. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again to exceed your expectations.
