The service that I had from Kyle was excellent. He was able to answer all my question and provide a lot of information about the vehicle I was interested in. I can’t rate my experience with Sinclair Swansea Van Centre and Kyle Evans highly enough. From our very first conversation about what I was looking for, right through to completing the final deal, the service was excellent. Communication was clear and consistent, and nothing was too much trouble—every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly.
Considering I haven’t bought a vehicle in many years—and never from a dealer—this entire process was surprisingly smooth and completely stress-free. A truly professional and friendly experience from start to finish.

Very helpful
Purchased a van from these and can’t fault them. I travelled 200 miles to buy the van, so I wanted to know everything before committing to buy. I dealt with Kyle and he done everything he said he would do. He sent me numerous very detailed videos of the vehicle when I asked. When I got home, unfortunately the van did develop a fault, but I booked into my local VW branch and got it fixed. Kyle was very helpful in covering the small cost that I should have been charged. Credit to them. Thanks Kyle!

Super buying experience
Joe has been super helpful and supportive during the process of buying my vehicle. There was no pressure selling and always honest opinions given. Vw used van purchase
We bought a van from sinclair swansea. Kyle was our sales assistant throughout the process. He was very friendly and helpful. He took us for a very informative test drive of the van. We never felt pressurised into buying. The van was cleaned and in very good condition for second hand. We had a chip in the windscreen which they replaced before taking it. Would highly recommend for peace of mind if buying a used van. Thanks Kyle.
