Great experience from reserving
Great experience from reserving the vehicle to collection. Good communication throughout, easy process and very helpful. Advert was taken offline very quickly after reserving. Only thing that could be improved on would be to send a pdf of the vehicle information and pictures between reserving the vehicle and visiting to test drive / purchase.

Just purchased my second van from Sinclair, Swansea and dealt with Kyle Evans, who was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, answered all my questions and provided clear, honest information without any pressure.

Very good experience seen a van online phoned vw van centre swansea and spoke to Joseph Needham who reserved the van for me and put it exactly right to my expectations, this is the second van he sold me and he made everything run smooth ... Van is amazing thanks Joe, very good company.

Another great visit to Gorseinon
Another great visit to Gorseinon to see the crew. Had a T6 serviced here. Now , my California in for a service. Despite turning up 2 days to early previously (!) Tom was extremely efficient and welcoming. I waited while my vehicle was serviced, completed in 2 hours. Filled my time looking at other vehicles / talking to Joe (who sold me the California) and Clive. Another cup of coffee and I could have stayed all day! Great service and lovely people. Recommended.

VW Transporter
Super experience at Swansea Sinclair commercials. Joe is extremely accommodating & knowledgeable regarding the Transporters. Vehicle purchase and additional items was sorted hassle free & all handled professionally. The vehicle handover was superb. Can’t fault the whole experience & will definitely return in the future.

Kyle was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He kept me informed at every stage and found an alternative option when I had a problem signing some of the documentation. A pleasure to deal with someone so friendly, attentive an efficient. I know that Kyle is fairly new to Sinclairs but you would never guess, he is an excellent asset!
