A very special thank you to Niamh Jenkins who was absolutely wonderful throughout. She was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and approachable, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She patiently answered all our questions, explained everything clearly and kept us updated at every stage of the process.

What particularly impressed us was how responsive Niamh was. She replied to our emails incredibly quickly, even on her day-off, which we really appreciated. Every time we came into the dealership, she welcomed us with a smile and made us feel completely at ease. Her friendly and supportive approach made such a difference, especially when there were various things to organise with our part-exchange vehicles and the purchase of the new car.

We collected our new car a few days ago and absolutely love it. The handover was excellent and everything was explained to us clearly.

What was especially lovely was that Niamh’s support didn’t end once we had collected the car. She contacted us afterwards to check that everything was going well, that we were enjoying our new car, and to make sure we knew we could contact her at any time if we had any questions or needed any help. That level of after-sales care really means a lot and made the whole experience feel very personal.

I travelled from London to Wales for the third time for a new car, Sannan Morgan who is an outstanding salesman. He never lets me down. The service in London is completely different to the experience you receive at Sinclair. Nothing is too much trouble. Will use again in the future.

This is an honest review from my perspective, Sinclair Skoda will no doubt disagree, originally I went to view a 1 Yr old car for £28k , text drove agreed to purchase, admittedly I didnt dress like I could afford the car in tracksuit bottoms &gym top , while doing the paperwork the salesman said dont want a new one for a couple of grand more ? , I thought it was a sarcastic flippant comment to which I replied yes , he seemed somewhat surprised so agreed to purchase a new in stock car , communication for the next week was poor as best , salesman said on collection day that he was on leave but no other of member of staff took it to contact me collection day I dressed like I could afford the car , it has to be noted I transferred over £21k and part exchange my old car and the funds were transferred 2 days after I paid deposit, collection day cont , collection seemed rushed as if couldn't wait to get me out of there, short demonstration and run around of the car , no mention of warranty and no mention of service plan , disappointed in a lot of areas , only positive was the offer of a new car instead of the 1 yr old .

Don’t know what the rest of the group is like but my experiences of the business in Neyland is absolutely shocking, receptionist who knew it all, deadlines not achieved, unless you buy a brand new vehicle there, they really don’t want to know you.

Well i have to say from the first time i went into mercedes in Cardiff, i was treated with the upmost respect, as being young and purchasing my first A Class. Even from first test drive driving my first Automatic, they let me drive on my own, and let me take the car home for 24 hours, i couldnt of asked for more from Nathanial Powell the sales guy.
