Had a high voltage error came up booked it in for diagnostic test unable to take in on the day so they allowed me to take in in on the Saturday did the test and phoned to say a deep diagnostic was needed i then had a phone call from Rhian to inform me it was covered by the garrentee and work completed the next day she was almost as happy as I was i can't praise her or Jaguar Newport enough great service very professional and a absolute pleasure to us them after reading some nightmare issues on the I Pace forum it was great to have such a positive experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND SINCLARE NEWPORT

Everything was just smooth! Dropped my car off for a gearbox service in the morning and they were done by around 2pm, considering they'd to wait for it to cool down and all. Price was quite reasonable as well.

The salesman Tim at Swansea dealership was amazing as showed me everything I requested and since picking up the car he has been in contact and dealing with an issue regarding Audi lighting in doors that is not on the car but was told originally that it was so fingers crossed this will be sorted soon for me.

We found a Polo r-line at VW Sinclairs port talbot. Arranged to see it and were happy with the car thereafter. Unfortunately the car had a small issue which needed rectifying, obviously this put some doubt in our mind about the car.
After then dealing with Nick from this point on, his customer service was great, keeping us informed and ensuring us the car will be ready for us. Subsequently, we purchased the car and were very pleased with Sinclairs service.
