I bought the wrong sink.

I bought the wrong sink and was worried I didn’t cancel in time but no need to worry Richard phoned me and explained a couple of things which also explained the mix up in correspondence. I will definitely buy again from this company because in my opinion the customer service is second to none.

I ordered a Franke sink in the Black…

I ordered a Franke sink in the Black Friday Sale, as you could imagine it was a good price. The delivery date wasn’t clear so I called customer services; they answered immediately and confirmed it had already been dispatched and would be delivered on 26 (today). They called me this morning to confirm the delivery would be between 15:30-16:30 and just before 4 it was delivered. I placed the order on Sunday 24th and it was delivered Wednesday 26th with great customer service. I did see some (very) negative comments but my experience my faultless.

The product is good as expected...BUT

The product is good as expected.... however when the courier did not deliver at the time frame advised I clicked on the tracking provided but did not find any information. The next day I had notification parcel had been deliverd 12 miles away supposedly at my request. I contacted customer care and after a while the gentleman said that I had changed delivery and if I did not travel to collect within 10 days it would be returned and I would have to pay for redelivery.... i explained that I had no knowledge of the request to change address and if I had clicked on that option it was a mistake. This is where it got really strange, I informed him that I am retired and no longer drive and would not be able to collect, and that perhaps I would opt to cancel or request a refund, and the gent started to get really quite angry. I found it quite troubling and it made me angious as the conversation got more heated, I then chose to end the phone call.
I then decided that my best chance of getting the goods I had paid for was to catch a bus for the 24 mile round trip. When I arrived the shopkeeper could not fine the parcel at first, until he mad a phone call and came back with a parcel that had no name on it... I gave the collection number provided and only then did he agree this must be the one, but he had never come across this before. All in all I think something was not quite right with this parcels journey.
I got my purchase, the experience was not good and I would be very worried about what sort of customer service I would get should anything go wrong during the warranty period.

Exceptional customer service from this family run business!

After been let down by a competitor of there’s I cannot praise this Company enough! they went out of their way to help me meet the deadline of my kitchen fit with supplying the correct kitchen sinks, packed extremely well and delivered on time! Thank you so much I really appreciate your help!

Excellent after sales customer service

Excellent customer service from Richard at head office. Client order delayed Perrin and Rowe and Richard sorted the issue out politely and efficiently. Thank you for fixing this for us. Highly recommend Sinks-taps.com for their after sales service.

Simply amazing service

So I contacted them by messenger to confirm they had the item in stock on Tuesday at 20:45pm. They confirmed they had one left at 20:51pm!! Later that evening they responded to quite technical queries about dimensions immediately with diagrams so I ordered it at 21:03pm Tuesday. It arrived on Friday in perfect condition. I would say that was amazing service by anyone’s standards.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Dreadful experience when calling to inform them that we had a tiny part of a Shaws basket waste kit missing. (Overflow piece) I now believe it to be one of the director (whom I can’t name on here) I spoke to from reading previous reviews stating how rude / condescending he had been to others. I did politely ask him for his name but he refused, accused me of being aggressive when I politely expressed that I felt his response to my query was dismissive. My item arrived very poorly packaged and bashed in an old Amazon box ( not what you’d expect when purchasing a premium brand) The goods inside were surprisingly ok but we had a small part missing. He hung up the phone on me and when I called back carried on being rude and verbally provocative!
What a shame that a strong renowned brand like Shaws have a distributor treating customers so poorly.

When you called to report an overflow plate missing from a delivery you received two weeks ago, the member of the Customer Service team advised the system showed it had been checked, inspected and dispatched. However, they would put a request into the warehouse to double check and come back to you. This wasn't good enough and you began your verbal assault on the member of staff. We take verbal abuse very seriously and instruct any member of staff that if they are feeling threatened or abused, they can terminate the call - which they did. Your unnecessary abuse and constant verbal assault was totally uncalled for. We had agreed to look into it and ironically, even though we had evidence the overflow plate was originally sent, we sent you a replacement free of charge! Yet still, you left a one-sided, inaccurate, negative review. We have supplied these and many more products for over 20 years and have thousands of amazing customer reviews. Its a shame you just didn't stop, take a breath and realise the person on the end of the phone was just trying to help you resolve your problem.

very good customer service and after sales backup.
Had an issue with a hot water ceramic cartridge....thats life,things happen, but this was dealt with very quickly and a replacement sent. Would shop with sinks-taps.com again

Had a virtual chat with John. The chat function works well - tells you where you are in the queue and my issue was resolved - I wanted to update my delivery date.

Technical advice & support

The technical advice and support i got from Richard on a Abode switch unit I brought was really helpful he even sent me a revised drawing to give to my plumber couldn’t ask for any more. 10/10.
