Really helpful customer services (Richard). Knowledgable about products and gave helpful friendly advice to make sure I got the correct products.

We ordered a Franke tap over 2 years ago and unfortunately the tap had a problem. We could not find the order details, but within 5 mins of being on live chat sinks-taps had resent the confirmation email and given me Franke's contact details so we can arrange a replacement.

I was looking for a very specific size and style of kitchen tap, and Richard's quick grasp of my brief and encyclopaedic product knowledge of the range you stock helped me narrow the field, as well as confirming my hunch that the intersecting set of all the parameters I wanted to meet was vanishingly small(!). I was disappointed not to be able to buy from your company in the end, as you did not stock the winning tap contender, but I also had prompt and flexible service from Lucy and Richard in arranging a return. Ordered a sink, delivery was quick but I didn't realise that you have 24 hours to check item was delivered on a pallet, once it was checked it was totally smashed in pieces, poor customer service as they basically said its tough its your fault for not checking within 24 hours. our client really liked that sink and we ended up ordering another one was delivered quickly again and I made the delivery driver wait whilst I opened the package couldn't believe my eyes it was smashed in pieces again and I refused delivery, sent photos of the sink and they sent out a replacement which was delivered in one piece this time and basically blamed the pallet company, I dont agree with that it was badly packaged there end, I am taking this further after seeking advice from citizens/consumer advice.

Not happy with your reply your customer service is reallypoor, the delivery driver of the first broken sink parked outside my house and he put the sink on a trolley and dragged it up my drive way the sink was obviously already broken your end as the second sink was delivered in pieces and this time the delivery driver parked on my drive way.

The information I needed was supplied and was supplied quickly. Thank you.

Amazing service by Richard who helped us immensely when our kitchen provider let us down with the sink - we needed the sink asap as the worktops are being templated today - ordered at 14.20 yesterday (18/10) received 10.15 today (19/10) thanks so much our kitchen installation is back on track and the sink is perfect and if excellent quality

Spoke to Richard who was exceptionally helpful at working through what we needed, how to return the original order as well as arranged for the new, smaller sink to be delivered super quickly.

I was looking to buy a sink and tap and had a competitive quote from another company but was concerned that the delivery period was up to 7 days which was potentially going to hold up our build. John at sinks-taps.com was able to get within £10 of the quoted price and Richard then upgraded the delivery free of charge so the items should arrive with 48 hours. Many thanks!

Excellent! I would highly recommend sinks-taps.com! We received expert advise on everything that we required for a full bathroom suite & at a fantastic price. It arrived the next day within the time slot we chose. Everything well packaged & no damages. Then even when we needed to return a product & get a replacement (our fault) it arrived the next morning trouble free !

Bought an Abode granite sink and an Abode tap. Both arrived undamaged on a pallet. There was a big sign that said the driver should wait while I inspected the goods but, in the short time it took to read the sign and access the contents, the driver and her lorry were gone. I attempted a couple of times to call the number on the big sign, but there was never any reply. So, ordering was easy, goods were great and prices excellent, but the delivery process was slightly comical and I'm left with a pallet to dispose of.

Absolutely amazing company. A huge thanks to all the staff at Kad not only were they the cheapest the delivery service was outstanding, our new bathroom was ordered delivered,fitted and working in 48hours. The bathroom furniture even arrived the next day before the plumbers did! How’s that for service! Will definitely recommend and be using again

My existing tap seemed to be made of water soluble material and started leaking in a number of places. It was made by a well known sink / tap manufacturer with a name beginning in F.
Decided to replace said tap with pure stainless steel version from this company. Wasn't cheap but was exactly what we wanted.solid, robust stainless steel kitchen tap. Was delivered in a short time and as ordered. A really nice tap which will hopefully last for years.

Fantastic service the online facility was available very early in the morning and John who I spoke to was very efficient and friendly and managed to deal with my query and leave me feeling completely happy with the service I received. Look forward to receiving the new sink 😊
