NEVER use Sky

Apparently emailing me everything is absolutely fine but cancelling my email is not possible even if it comes from the email address on the account. Then when you complain, nobody replies to you. When you chase up the complaint, they just start the complaint all over again. There’s no accountability and it’s disgusting mismanagement. Sky will now lose 20 accounts for the sake of £102. Scum.

Jay in the Sky shop Leeds Trinity

Jay was extremely helpful today when I called in for a new iPhone and explained everything in detail to me regarding the set up. He also advised that I could drop into the shop for further help should I need it going forward
Will definitely call him to see him again

Broadband switched

Had broadband switched over. Was done fast and had a smooth transition. Khalid guided me through the process and provided a great experience

Poor customer service from sky

Called to change a broad band package on behalf of my 87 year old fathering law and because he couldn’t remember his password they refused to help in any way. I was put on hold and then cut off. I understand they need to protect the account but I provided all the other information.
On a more. Positive call a few minute later a very helpful lady reset the password and sorted out his billing query.
O looked on the my sky app and I couldn’t find anywhere you could downgrade a service, only add more services. 4 phone calls before I got someone who knew what she was doing. Sky isn’t cheap so maybe they should train there staff a little more!!!

We do need the correct security information before we can access any account and without that we are not able to make changes, but you should still feel supported and guided through the process rather than being left on hold or cut off. It should not take several calls to get clear help.

Excellent customer service

Maxine who helped me so much with my new phone is a lovely and caring member of staff.
The whole experience in the shop was amazing. You never feel under pressure, like I have felt in other phone shops over the years. A massive thank you from me
