I’ve been reading sky bet reviews, perhaps someone should explain to them it’s not compulsory to provide bank statements to them because they have requested them, to withhold a client’s money because he is declining to provide bank statements is completely wrong, I would do the same

Well I was surprised after leaving bet fair which let’s be honest was not fair I find out when I want to say sky bet and there drop game a con I find out they are the same company and same con so like bet fair which is not I will be deleting the robbing sky bet too . I had a slight issue with the free bet reward selecting the wrong one. The agent was super fast in helping to get it changed to the correct one. I feel that sky bet have really upped their game in terms of customer service. The live chat works great now and all past issues seem to have been fixed.

Found the horse racing starting prices on offer are more often than not lower than the market price at the time especially if they are in a race with extra places.

I enquired about qualifying for my weekly free bets through text chat and the guy I was communicating with turned it into a personal argument. He was not making much sense in his replys and after I picked him up on it his reply was "glad I motivated you" then tried to take it back by saying it was a typo and he meant I had motivated him ?

Super spins are an absolute scam. Use to get some of the other prizes, but not had more than 1 spin for over 3 months which hasnt returned any win. 70%+ are no win. Not a great company anymore. Time to try someone else.

The customer service representative was polite and they knew what they were doing. My problems was resolved within 10 minutes and there was a lot of security which I was happy about because they were making me prove that I was me. Yeah, it’s been positive so far so keep up the good work.

Skybet if they were not a gambling company they would have gone bankrupt longtime ago.
They are at it again with me another promotion they ran today 13:22 Newmarket if your horse finishes 2nd,3rd or 4th you get your money as cash up to £10.-
My horse finished 3rd I get a message from skybet the money will be paid to you within 7 hours ,I checked again later and it said within 5 hours and the time kept going down until it was time and got nothing.
Contacted the really rubbish company and they did not read what I sent them (photos of,by what time they will sent the £10.-) to prove that my bet was qualified for the promotion and they said I do not qualify for the promotion.
I promised them that I am going to court for the £10.- and I am going to see what else I can claim for on top.
All this so they cannot do it again with anybody else and learn to respect their punters and honour their promises.
I do not need no apologies from them they are unprofessional acting like low life bookmakers.
When I get the verdict I am going to publish it in all medias and in racing papers just to put them in their place.
I would like to publish the proof and let people and Trustpilot judge.

Wot ever u do do not engage wiv these bunch of dip sticks regarding betting activities they hav zero experience of customer service or understanding of the gaming industry and currently I am in the process of suing these morons for theft of funds in an account that they hav blocked enough said avoid at all costs seriously not a clue

Used to be good. Offers have become poor and restricted closed account and moved to bet365 way more offers and bonuses. Sky lost long time customer

When you give SkyBet a bad review they make sure you don't win and of their promotional games. Even when it's a guaranteed win day they make sure you only get 1 free spin. They won't be getting another penny from me after this week.

Did nothing wrong .bang out of order dont use this site they will treat u like a thief if u win .gaming is now terrible too u will be lucky to win £4 on a bonus on fruit machine. With 20p a spin .
