I am so glad I booked with this company.
2 sliding wardrobes fitted in two different rooms (over two days).
From visiting the showroom, liaising with Yvonne for my design appt to the designer coming out and helping design the best use of the space and thereafter the bespoke wardrobes being fitted I couldn't be happier. The joiner was quick and efficient and cleared up fully after himself I'd definitely recommend.

I'm delighted with my new walk in wardrobe - I can confirm they can definitely work with maximising awkward spaces! Every part of the service was great, from the design appointment through to the service of the office staff and the joiner who fitted for me (very tidy, efficient and did a fantastic job). I'd definitely recommend and would use again.

Very disappointed in after sales. Been trying from start of December to get someone out - no response despite several phone calls to and establish a date as to when they would be available. Several weeks on and no response. I sent a formal compliant to them in 21 December - again no response - no acknowledgment- nothing - do I need to go the Ombudsman now! Pathetic service .

Delighted with our new storage space. Designer was very friendly and helpful. Fitter did a super job too. Overall very happy with finished product and service provider. Will definitely use again.

The designer was brilliant and talked us through each bedroom. This was a big job , 4 large bedrooms and a media room .The refurbishment a very large Victorian house. We were given the contracts for each room and were given a schedule of one week to finish everything. We scheduled all the wooden floors to be fitted and finished,before the job started and We had the carpet fitters scheduled for the following week.
Day 1 . The two fitters had the whole house for storage but failed to find certain pieces.
Day 2 they half finished one room and then started on another
Day 3 One bedroom finished
Day 4 started on the third bedroom leaving bedroom 2 unfinished
Day 5 FINAL DAY . Sorry we can’t finish , we aren’t coming back either as we have any job to start on Monday.
The office were not answering my calls so a very curt call to the salesman / designer and they can come back with a date to finish . ONE MONTH LATER . Sorry but who leaves a job unfinished to start a new one ? Then give a date a month away ? How can I finish the project? My client isn’t going to accept this as they have buyers waiting to view the property.
Needless to say this took days and weeks to finish.
It took five weeks and we got a fitter for two days here and there.
Once the job was finished I have been bombarded with texts, emails and phone calls for payment.
Unfortunately due to all this stress they caused, I had to delay others and change their contract dates . Costing me thousands of pounds and end up in hospital with pneumonia
Needless to say I am not giving this company one star there fitters are fed up of being used and abused and the organisation behind the scenes is a disaster.
But their accountant couldn’t care less .
Oh and compensation if £200 is deemed acceptable.

Everything about the Sliderobes performance was
very good. Valentin explained all the options with patience and clarity demonstrating a clear understanding of the product he was selling and showing design acumen. The installation was seamless.
Very pleased with the end product.

Ordered a new fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture. Sales person was professional and we were happy with the ordering process. I explained that the install had to complete within 8 weeks due to my wife having upcoming major cancer surgery. 8 weeks is the timescale listed in Sliderobes terms and conditions so we were not asking for anything special, just ensuring that the timescales we needed were met and they understood the importance to us.
Install was scheduled for 8 weeks later :-
Half way through the install on the day the installer informed us that a pull out hanging rail and shoe rack for the wardrobe were not ready and all the bedroom furniture was missing legs and glass tops making them unusable (bottom drawer won’t open without being off the floor). Surely you would discuss this with the customer in advance and not after the old wardrobe has been dismantled and leaving us with no choice. Anyway, not a major issue, mistakes happen and Sliderobes said they would rectify ASAP. The installer and his work were excellent – no issues at all there.
We had a second visit 2 weeks later to fit the missing parts. During this visit the installer noticed that one of the glass tops for the furniture was damaged so Sliderobes had to schedule a 3rd visit.
3rd visit was scheduled for 8 days later but was cancelled by Sliderobes the day before.
4th visit was scheduled for today (almost 4 weeks after the original install). We stayed in all day, phoned them this morning to confirm they were coming and we were told they would. Surprise surprise no-one came – we had to phone again at the end of the day to be told that no-one was coming. Thanks so much for wasting yet another valuable day just before surgery.
We are now waiting for a 5th visit to be scheduled. If we had our time again we would never have ordered from Sliderobes - the distress you have caused us and the number of wasted days at a critical time to us (that you are fully aware of) is disgraceful. Mistakes happen and a test of a company is how they deal with them. Your product and installers are great but your logistics, communication and outright lack of compassion for your customers is unforgivable.

Edit : Just providing a further update :-

1) Before writing the review I had asked for a manager to call me. This never happened.
2) A week before writing the review my wife asked to submit an official complaint - we were told that this was passed onto head office, but no-one ever followed up.
3) The TrustPilot reply said someone would be in contact with me the same day. No-one ever called to address this. 6 days later we received a call from someone that had no history just trying to schedule a new date. We said we would call back in 7 days since my wife was now in hospital recovering from surgery.

We received a call today and the earliest appointment to rectify issues is in another 16 days time. Let's hope someone shows up.

Edit 2:

Slider Robes finally worked with me and moved the final repair forward by 14 days. The install is now complete. Sliderobes has a good product and great installers but the back office and scheduling really needs some TLC. I appreciate the apology received.

From design to completion of the customs alcove units, the level of competence and professionalism was unrivalled. The finish and the fine details on the product were brilliant and nothing was too much for them.

Will definitely be using them again!

Special mention to Carl who completed the installation as he was phenomenal.

Jonathan got what I wanted right away! He had ideas & suggestions I hadn't thought of & ways to get my requests realised. He sent through coloured plans the next day! also with a 3D view and they were brilliant; I could really see how it would look in MY room. I got confirmation of dates and a phone call to double check. Fitter Mitch brilliant and so clean & tidy. End result is a STUNNING dressing room. Great price too; a really great experience and such great care and service. Would thoroughly recommend - I did get 4 quotes and Sliderobes were far and away the most professional and helpful of the 4.

It's not always you think a service or supplier is worthy of praise years after the event. I just wanted to show my appreciation for Sliderobes as I idly look upon our installation. Absolutely transformational.

Really love our new sliderobe wardrobe inset, we had a tricky shape to fill but Pol from the Belfast showroom came up with a top design for us and made better use of the space we had. Would recommend them highly.

I am really pleased with my new sliderobes. They are well made, slick and have given me the much needed storage I was after. It was worth the money!

I was looking for someone who could provide innovative and out of the box storage solutions for my house. Met with four designers, and only Nicky Foster from Sliderobes was prepared to pick up the challenge. She also encouraged me to be brave in colour and design. Delighted with the results. I can highly recommend Nicky fir taking time to listen and to see the potential.

Our design Consultant Valenci made the whole process very seamless and enjoyable, always going over and above to ensure we got our dream unit.

The entire sliderobe experience was fantastic.

Special I would like to thank to the designer Mina Gerogieva we was hours on the phone every little details what I wanted I would like to thank to all the team for slidesdrobe menagers I wish to recommend to everyone they job is amazing and te person what is installed it his name is Mitch amazing job he spent 2 days is a special worker for the company I had many people in my flat and I didn't been happy but team form slidesdrobe is amazing

if there was an option for no stars i would have marked this - we are currently in dispute with the company - ordered and paid deposit in May - started fitting in July - crap rude fitter came - insisted on changing fitter which they did - then when it came to putting furniture in - furniture was of poor quality - dirty, roughly sawn, scratched and marked easily - was told by salesman to try a different colour which we agreed to - to be then charged another £950 - which we said no to - since then have been left with no furniture in situ or in our possession - have now two alcoves in our bedroom where a luxury sliding wardrobe is supposed to be! - customer services are appalling and of no help - emailed the complaints department back in August and have not even heard from them - now being held to ransom - lose your £1600 deposit or pay the rest and have a substandard wardrobe installed - buyers beware - to cover the screw holes they give you stickers to cover them!! cheap furniture even comes with screw caps. - have now started a claim with the bank and going to daily mail money section and ombudsman as suggested by citizens advice!

An excellent service from both Manuel Scarrone and the fitter. Really pleased with my new wardrobes. I don't normally write reviews, but because it has transformed my bedroom completely, I wanted to place on record my appreciation, and would highly recommend Sliderobes.

Amazing service from our designer Valentin - he listened to what we wanted and worked really diligently to get all the measurements exactly right and show us a huge range of colours and options. We are thrilled with the final result!

Installer Mathew is great and we like the product, but we had to be very assertive with 3 Customer Service staff about one wardrobe door in order to achieve a good result. We did not pay the balance due until we were completely satisfied.
