I ordered the iPhone 6 Plus about a week ago and received it Friday 1/18/19 (yesterday). everything is all fine and dandy, but I couldn’t help but notice the battery life was abnormally dying very quickly. To check this I went to settings:battery:battery health: and under peak preformence capability, it read : “ this iPhone has experienced an unexpected shutdown because the battery was unable to deliver the necessary peak power. Performance management has been applied to help prevent this from happening again.” So basically I was sold a a nice iPhone with a crappy battery, what a scam! These people at smarter say they check the iPhone thoroughly to make sure everything is fine and working on it so either they knew about the battery and sold it anyway or didn’t check at all being it wasn’t hard to find out what’s wrong with the phone. I’ve tried to log into the app using my information and it keeps saying I have invalid login but I’m more than positive I’ve put in the correct numbers. Now I have no way of reaching the brand to return it or swap it out with a fully working phone! If I was Walmart I would not even go through these guys anymore because it’s really a scam.
