Smart Play Zone 

Ordered my son a car for his birthday but spoke to customer services beforehand who gave me some honest advice about sizes etc. Delivery was quick and the car came within two days as they had promised. The only downside was the personalised plates I ordered as an extra were generic ones and not specifically for the car ordered so had to be cut to size which was a bit fiddly. This could have been made clearer on the site. Also, the website payment system did now work with Internet Explorer so I had to reopen website and order in Firefox. IE is widely used so think it should be fully supported and I mark down one star for this reason. However, overall a good service and would use again.

I had a good experience with smart play zone. The delivery of the car was quick any issues I had with the car thy resolved swiftly. The price of the car was very competitive compared to other sites. The only problem I had was with paying with my card on their website, I ended up having to open a paypal account as the website wouldnt accept my card due to a fault on the website.

Really pleased with customer service and both the electric cars I purchased. Good price!

Bought this for my Granddaughter.
Looks great in the photo, but when it arrived and was assembled, I was really disappointed.
It is rubbish, pure and simple.
The frame isn't too bad apart from a couple of chips in the paint, but the rest is cheap and poor quality plastic.
Don't be taken in by the Union flag sticker which sits proudly on the front because this trike is obviously not made in the UK.
Unfortunately there isn't an option for no stars on this review so had to give it one. Doesn't deserve it though.
Avoid.

Ordered car for my grandson could not get finished on line to order tried 4 times so had to call to order then the gentleman made a mistake & ordered two so I will be checking my my card to make sure I did not get billed for two but was pleased it was delivered the next day did not realise we had to put it together .

I had trouble ordering from the website and so called the company direct. Placed my order over the phone on Friday afternoon and the item arrived in perfect condition by courier on Tuesday. A great service

Ordered a trike for my grandson's 1st birthday, easy to together, looks great and very fast delivery, my grandson loves it, definitely recommend.

bought my son a ride on car for Xmas. Didn't want him to see it so didn't open the box till he went to bed on Xmas eve. Opened it up ready to start building it and it came with no instructions. So my son wasn't able to get his main present on Xmas day. My friend helped me to build it on Boxing Day and we got it moving but the horn and ignition sounds didn't work. Haven't tried to use it again till yesterday as it's been too cold to take my son out on it and now it's completely dead and won't charge. Ruined my son and my Xmas and wasted £100

So far, so good.
