I order what I wanted took money then have a email saying it's out off stock not good at all and still waiting for them.

Hi Michael,

You ordered and paid for goods, there was a delay on them arriving at our UK warehouse so we sent you the email informing you of this delay - the original lead time given on the website was 3-5 days and this looks like it will be a couple of days longer.

I'll get this chased up on Monday and let you know more then.

Hi Lauren,

The parcel was sent the same day on a next day service, we emailed you the tracking and if you login to your account you can see the tracking - you can also use the Yodel app to arrange for the parcel to be collected from a collection point.

The courier has been unable to deliver and needs more information, both us and them have been trying to contact you to sort it out. If you could use the Yodel app to help them (you'll need the tracking number in your account order history or on one of the emails) you can help them resolve it and get it delivered.

Also we're available via email sales@snickersdirect.co.uk and also via the telephone 01254 317001 to help which are the quickest way or resolving things.

Took way too long for order to be received and when I asked about the order they said I’d have to pay the custom fees. Which was never said when ordering

Hi Eric,

You ordered from a UK site and we sadly can't control import duties which may or not be applicable depending upon your shipping address which was in this case the USA.

Poor quality zippers

I bought Snickers Allroundwork winter coat, the long version. After one season the zipper broke. They changed it free for guarantee, but the changed coat’s zipper also broke after one season and they didn’t change it anymore.

Snickers direct are faultless let down by using yodel !!

Snickers direct are faultless as usual, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Just a shame they are let down by using yodel to deliver their items. My items didn’t turn up the first day as stated on the app, and on the second day the items were marked as delivered within the time slot specified but didn’t actually turn up till nearly 2 hours after.

Dishonest

Over priced, they claim next day delivery but after you order you'll receive an email stating that the item you ordered isn't in stock and you'll have to wait (even though the website claimed it was in stock before ordering) But this is the best part, when you order from them you pay for the delivery charge which is usually £5 or £6 pounds, but if you return an item you pay again to return the item and then they also take £5 or £6 from your refund! Why? Who knows, since you have paid for the delivery and return why are they taking this money?

Took 5 days to get to me which is to long that’s the couriers fault, no option to leave in safe place or redirect to pickup point ,was told it was the way snickersdirect account was set up with yodel, workmen that wear workwear are not at home during the day so should be an option.

Thanks for your feedback. We've taken this onboard and from this week customers will be able to request leave safe or pickup points in their orders via the courier app.

I've requested more details to look into this but didn't get a reply via the Trust Pilot system. All I have to go on is the name "Mn" - if you could get in touch 01254 317 001 we can help. Everyone receives a full tracking reference and updates via email and also within your account.

Sometimes emails from couriers and ourselves end up in Spam folders so you could try there.

As we've explained to Paul in his torrent of bad language, bullying and personal abuse to staff, as soon as we receive his trousers back we will process an immediate refund. We arranged a collection as promised and as soon as they are received and checked we will process his refund.

Name calling, balling expletives down the phone and bullying young female members of staff is something we will simply not tolerate.

Additional information:

We received the trousers back only to find they had clearly been worn, were full of marks and stains and the holster pocket was ripped. We were told by Mr. Weaver they just didn't fit and hadn't been worn apart from trying them on.
