They will take your money, continue to send you promotional emails, but they will never send you the product or reply to your emails. I placed my order 3 months ago. I've sent about 20 emails since. I still haven't received any reply. Shameful business practice. I've submitted a CC dispute, and I'll be reporting them to the ACCC.

I would avoid ordering from these guys. They don't ship the goods and won't reply to any emails. It's weird as they seem to supply their product through big name websites but their direct service is appalling.

This is a scam. I placed an order months ago and it still hasn't arrived. No reply from email, I've tried to contact them about 12 times.

I have been trying to change my credit card, have messaged a couple of times but have received no replies. So frustrating.

On July 4, 2021 I placed an order for a "12-month pack 365 strips - 365 days". I received 12 packs of 28 (336). On July 12th I sent a message inquiring why I didn't receive the full 365 that I paid for. I followed up on July 13th to another e-mail address I found for them. No response from either e-mail. DO NOT TRUST!

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Link to the shipper shows they are still waiting for the shipment. Have emailed 5x and gone via website and not a peep from them. Assuming customer service doesn't exist. Cannot recommend them at all. as one previous reviewer write "scam". That is what I am thinking too.

I ordered 3 months worth of mouth strips on 12th May. I paid in dollars, to get them shipped to the UK. However, I didn't hear anything about my order so I emailed customer services twice, without receiving a reply...

Then, I opened a claim request via my credit card company and the items have actually, finally been shipped. They arrived today - over a month later and only because I opened a dispute via my credit card company..

It's a real shame because if these turn out to be good then I'll probably want to order more.. but I'm not willing to go through this process again.
Please sort out your customer service. Either you want to sell product or you don't. This experience will make it harder to deal with you in the future.

Ordered 7 weeks ago, contacted customer service twice with NO RESPONSE and the order is still a no show, yet they send weekly emails asking me to subscribe to regular orders. Will be requesting a charge back with my card issuer. Complete shambles of a company.

No reply to emails asking for tracking details, and as the goods have never arrived we can only assume they were never sent.
Zero customer service from this company.

Did not post my order out. Ordered over a month ago and was a lot of money as ordered on bulk. They’ve ignored all my emails.

The product probably works fine... if you have no facial hair! Ironically, on the box, the photo shows a man with a (well tapered) beard. However, I have found that if you have any facial hair (THE PRODUCT WON'T STICK AND DOES NOT WORK). Their so called "customer service" is non-existent. Good luck trying to find anyone to answer questions. When you write them off their website, they never respond. And of course, they do not offer a phone number, but that seems to be the norm these days.

The product works OK and is quite good for stopping mouth breathing at night.

This is really a review of the company as retailer, not manufacturer.

The customer service is non-existent - I tried 4 times to send emails to Somnifix, since I ordered from them directly. I got zero replies despite guessing various email addresses including CEO's, and providing an alternate email for replies.

I was within days of doing a chargeback on credit card as the delivery was slow and no delivery date was given when ordering, only an expected '14 working days'.

This is the first time I have ordered online and not being able to get a reply from a company.

Other retailers like CPAP.com do stock Somnifix - they ship internationally and do reply quickly, like most other sites.

Fraud, takes money, don't ship goods. Waste of time
